Has seen better days. Musky smell as you entered the hotel. Breakfast disappointing. The cold hard boiled eggs must have been there for days were rotten. Was ok for a one night stay. Shame there were no tea making facilties

The hotel has the best position in Gibralter. What a huge shame they have let it become such a dump. There is nothing good I can say about the rooms. Threadbare carpets no power in showers, no kettle in rooms, the bathrooms very cramped and nowhere to put any toiletries. The breakfast was awful. Without doubt the worst hotel I...

Stayed here for one night after paying £100 for the night I decided to find alternative accommodation as I found it to be overpriced for what it was. The room was basic, twin beds, bathroom and TV. Breakfast was continental style however we only had a coffee and a yogart. The hotel itself is in need of a revamp and...

If you are looking for a hotel in the centre with a ten second walk to the main shopping street which is basic then book here. Yes there are nicer hotels which we knew were available but price was important to us on a low budget with easy access to the shops and bars. It is clearly stuck in a...

Hotel reminded me of an old school English hotel, with confusing staircases and mezzanines. My room was great, somehow i booked a room with a double & single bed, so was lot roomier. Thinking if had of booked double room wouldn't have been much bigger than usual small Spanish hotel rooms. Decor/room was old, with bathroom looking like it was...

The Bristol - positive - the location is brilliant in the centre of town and within walking distance of everything. Towels and sheets are clean. A couple of the older receptionists are great - but we found some to be rude and unhelpful. Buffet breakfast is average - plentiful but needs some fresh fruit and mugs for tea/coffee On the...

Lets start with the good things, excellent location, everything else pretty poor. Air conditioning very in effective and too noisy to have on at night. Rooms very dingy dark and poor lighting decor reminicent of the 1950s. I know the hotel is old but it could try and move with the times carpets are thread bare, walls are delapedated and...

I needed a good priced hotel close to the Landrover dealership, when my car broke down on southern Morocco. The Hotel Bristol fitted the bill. Centrally located in Gibraltar, the hotel staff were very friendly and they managed to stretch my stay dependent on the repair of my car - excellent going when October is one of the busy times...
