It will be lovely when it is finished. Renovations to the front will take at least another month. The whole hotel is in need of a make over, the rear of the hotel is crumbling into the sea. See pictures attached to this review. There is a lot of work needed yet. Inside it is of a higher standard. The...

Hotel looked dated on the outside but was lovely, clean and modern on the inside. I had an ocean view which could not be beaten 10/10 for that. Reception staff seemed a bit busy at times and took a while to acknowledge i was stood there. Food was lovely and there are some lovely bars as short walk down on...

The reception staff, esp Nikki, helped us resolve our reservation confusion. She and the hotel director deserve credit for making the best of this hotel under referbishment. They also helped us find a close and free parking spot. We would have enjoyed the breakfast with the great view if it cost less (€11 ea/ continental ). This is a good,...

Fantastic views out towards Morocco and Spain. We stayed in a sea view balcony room. There are renovations happening at the moment but we weren't affected by them at all. Rooms are spacious and of a high standard, if not a tad dated but still nice and comfortable ! Bed and breakfast - nice selection of cereals, bread, fresh fruit,...

So sad, the hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and it would be fairer to paying guests to inform them that they will not be able to use their terrace. That the building works may wake them up, and that an "upgrade to room 204" when you have requested a quiet room is a joke. Since when did you get...

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our trip to Gibraltar and the hotel was a lovely place to stay. It's located on the east side of the rock so it is very peaceful away from the the marina but a bus stop is located outside so is very easy to get into town if you don't have a car. The...

Lovely hotel. Very clean with great views. Bit disappointed with breakfast for the price of it but everything else was great. Staff were fantastic, friendly and always happy to help with where to go and how to get there etc!

The hotel was clean and tidy and staff friendly. If staying here don't stay Rock side as we could hear the traffic throughout the night even with balcony door and windows shut, also do stay to close to the lifts as they rumble when used.
