Pros: Nice clean rooms, near metro station, the price, the well-equipped gym. Cons: Can be very very noisy since the rooms aren't soundproof and the residence seems to be a top choice amongst school groups from all over Europe (which used to slam doors, play loud music and gather in the hallway till 1-2am). The breakfast buffet could offer more...

Noisy, noisy, the loud noise from summer camp students keep waking me up at night, sometimes around 3am, I feel that I sleep outside. They do not separate tourist and students. I booked for 4 nights but decided to move to a downtown hotel after 2 nights, I already paid so no refund, fortunately the single room only costs over...

Was there for my exam week and booked a private room for 2 of us. It was clean, free breakfast and you pay 10euro if you want lunch or dinner. It's buffet style and the price was cheaper than what one will get outside, though we didn't find the meals particularly tasty but that's not to say it was bad....

Apart from the shower flooding I don't really have anything bad to say about this place. I also don't really have anything to say to make it shine. It's basically nice university halls. The free breakfast is good and it is a really easy 5 min walk to the L3 metro which is perfect.

I spent here 3 nights In May. Agora BCN is the perfect place for budget travelers. this isn't really a hotel, it's more like a student accommodation so rooms reminded me of my college years.I booked a single room but when I arrived they had only double room available so I've spent 4days myself in a double room for no...

Stayed here for 2 nights within a football package (footballtripsonline) we went to watch Barcelona play Valencia at camp nou. My first match ever, my BF has always wanted to do this. The hotel was great for what we wanted it for, only out our head down there as we wanted to see Barcelona. It's quite standard and good for...

I stayed at the Agora some eight or so years ago when I accompanied my sister who is a Spanish teacher on a trip to Barcelona with eleven 16-18 year olds. Back then it was fantastic value and on this solo trip in April 2016 it still provides plenty of bang for your buck. The Agora is the international hall...

The room was like a box, dirty(no clean in 1 week),without fridge and TV,very cold(the installation did'n work),so much noise. The creepy motel is far from anything(no market,no restaurant, just their canteen with the worst food),to the centre you must spend 40 min.with the metro(12 stations!) Dont't go there, you will ruine your trip!

Hostel itself is average. Rooms are fine and clean. The basic bathroom stuff like soap and shampoo were as cheap as satches and missing toilet papers etc. These are things which one can ignore but the behavior of reception people is Terrible. My company has it booked for a week by paying partial amount. Although the terms state to pay...
