Nice rooms with fresh style and modern ligthing. Toilet is very small. Reception staff is kind and helpful and give good recommendations. Breakfast is in another building a block away. Internet was not working.
Well decorated, clean and with a kitchen (with Nespresso coffee) and various food options available to guests. Small room but very comfortable. Next to Plaza Universitat. Very easy transport access and walk to everywhere. Recommended for sure!

Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day
forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.

The reception isn't there.. at all! It's open 24h but in a different hotel about 1 block away.
You should probably contact them and ask for the address, then you can go directly there for the check-in.
