If you want a fancy hotel with an opulent reception and lots of facilities, this isn't for you. But if you want a clean, comfortable base for a sight-seeing trip, it's perfect. I stayed with my husband and 16-year-old son in a triple room with comfortable beds (extra blankets in the wardrobe for cooler nights) and I would definitely return....

Good basic hotel, room on the 2nd floor was a good size shower and toilet was fine, similar size to Premier Inn in UK , great location, but can be noisy during the night and early morning (utilities, drunks, some of the singing was good ). Room was basic, clean and tidy, well looked after by the staff, excellent value...

The location is great, just off La Rambla. The hotel is very clean, well-run and there is always some on duty, so you can come and go at night. I liked my room, which was basic but good value for money. The only problem was noise coming from a staff room marked "Privado" on the 4th floor as late as...

The room 407 in 4th floor should not be rented out during winter because it was way more cold in the room than outside. The room has 3 outer walls. And only one radiator for entire room and bathroom. SInce the room in quite spacious and the heating system only works for few hours during the day, the temperature in...

Management response:

Good Morning: First of all to apologize for not having been comfortable in our hotel, normally the heating we have enough hours which is a central heating and it turns off automatically when it reaches a normal temperature. Sorry for the inconvenience and Thanks for your comment.

This hotel should be rated as a hostel. Room was so small suitcase could only be opened on bed. Tired facilities. Located well in a busy area. Way better rooms and value 5 minutes away by metro in Plaza de Espana. Staff was friendly and helpful but could not overcome room quality and size. Bath room was so small you...

The perfect choice for those who are interested in location and cleanness when they are traveling for a short time. It was exactly what I wanted and in good price. Not an atmosphere place or a luxury- just a place to have a good shower and a good nap, on a trip of exploration :)

A good hotel, reasonable price. Room cleaned & clean towels every day. Staff very friendly & helpful. Just a few steps off La Rambla so right in the centre of all the action. Would book again if I visit Barcelona again.

Stayed here for 4 nights, for the price it was very good, if you want to pay basic, get a comfy bed, clean room with en-suite in the middle of a popular area, then this is fine, but beware, it comes at a cost to your sleep, you hear the revellers until about 3-4am then the cleaners come around 4-6am...

Very central and close to la rambles! A lot of attractions within walking distance! Room was small but clean and comfortable! Would recommend if you want to be conveniently located for easy reach of what Barcelona has to offer
