A beautiful old hotel from the outside but fresh and modern on the inside. We had opted for a superior room which was spacious with a huge bed. The room was clean, modern and well equipped. Despite facing the street the room was quiet. Our...More

This is very modern and comfortable hotel. Service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was above average and the bar/lounge and terrace areas were quiet and inviting. The room was very comfortable for three women traveling together. We really liked this hotel and it was within...More
Sleek modern style hotel in great area of Barcelona. I have to give my wife 100% of the credit for this one. Spacious rooms with cool private balconies to sit out and have coffee or a cocktail. Good hotel restaurant/bar but also has some quality...More
Spent four nights at this lovely hotel
Close to the metro which made getting to the conference center ideal
Friendly helpful staff. Went above and beyond to hail taxi for me
Relatively quite and high room standard
Very modern and nicely done hotel. The service from the staff is excellent. Everything was very new, clean and very modern. It’s close to the centre. Good size room with good bed. Wifi was also good and free.
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few places that live and breathe such exciting energy regardless of the time of day. This neighbourhood seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants
ranging from fancy Michelin-star establishments to trendy fusion restaurants. Here you'll find historical and cultural attractions such as the popular Picasso Museum and the Gothic cathedral La Santa Maria del Mar, where you just might be able to catch a traditional Catalan wedding.
If you walk down Barcelona Ramblas from Catalunya Square, there are a number of good restaurants that are casual, serve paella and tapas and are reasonably priced. Most have indoor and outdoor seating.
