I arrived several hours prior to check-in time and smack in the middle of the check-out rush. I had planned to meet up with my partner (who was flying into Barcelona from Cairo) and we had chosen the Pau because of its proximity to the...More
The Room Mate Pau is directly at the central Placa Catalunya, directly next to the Shopping House El Corte Ingles - just 150m from the AeroBus final stop „Catalunya“.
The Hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, even the small Talk didn‘t feel like one....More

Location was strategically in the heart of Barcelona - only 4 minutes walk from Aroebus final stop and the start of La Rambla walk (except we did not understand why La Rambla was so famous!). We booked for a standard room but decided to update...More
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighbourhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local
musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.

I think they don't have a gym but you could find a gym nearby, anyway I don't know
If they have a day ticket or a week ticket. Anyway you can ask the guys at the reception, they're super friendly and they could advice you.
