In a quiet residential area. Garden/pool very peaceful, towels provided. Bar lunch fine and continental breakfast good. Had attic room which was great - huge bathroom with excellent shower and a bath, large comfortable bed with good sheets. Only negative comment: lighting not too good...More

We had a shaky start in that the SatNav took us to the suburb in the hills behind the hotel. We phoned for directions but the receptionist was unable to give us them, put the phone down on us twice and then gave us the...More
Gorgeous hotel, tranquil and right in the city in a section called Los Tres Torres - it's only 3 blocks from the metro that takes you to all the sites in Barcelona.
Rooms are large and well appointed. Get a room with a balcony -...More
A really lovely hotel. Easy 5min walk to 2 metro stations. The hotel is in a really quiet area of Barcelona and the hotel itself is very quiet and very personal. The staff were friendly and more than willing to help. The pool area is...More

We had a large one bedroom apartment on the second floor. The bathroom had a solid door, not a glass partition. The bathroom was very spacious and nice, with separate areas for the tub and the shower. Plenty of privacy. I don't recall the exact amount we pain per night but it was more than 300 euros, but not a lot more as I recall, and we thought it was a great value. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I hope we get to go back again some day.
We used the public airport shuttle bus called the Aerobús. I believe it was around 5 euro each way. Takes you to the city center, from there, we rode the metro rail. You can buy a multi ride pass for 10 euro.

If you have lots of luggage and want an easy option, then a taxi would be best. This will probably take about15 minutes and can be a good way to see some of the city. However, it is really easy to get to the hotel by metro and that is how we did it. It will also be cheaper and not much different timewise. From Estacio Sants, go to Diagonal metro and then Les Tres Torres. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk away and it is a good way to orient yourself. If you are going to be in Barcelona for a couple of days then I would suggest getting a metro pass as a cost effective way of getting around - if you are doing more than 5 metro trips, it is certainly better value having a pass than paying separately. Enjoy Barcelona.
