Stayed here for a week and found it was a really great location to see Barcelona from. Some may find it a little noisy, but try finding somewhere in barcelona that isn't. The double glazed windows and shutters block out most of the night time noisy. The square below is a nice view and great to listen to whilst taking...

I spent 4 nights at El Jardi, a cute little hotel, located in possibly the best location in Barcelona. It does not hit you at first, but spend a few nights and you realize what an awesome location it is. A few walking minutes away from the Las Ramblas (the central artery) of Barcelona, nestled in one of the prettiest...

Lovely staff here- the one negative is maybe the oldschool lift- but seriously its a great little place- stayed here 5 times now and love it. Breakfast is basic- grab it out of the hotel- but safe and clean place to sleep. Stayed here 5 times over the last 7 years with family, my mother, friends- all kinds of different...

I don't know why this place is low in the rank, because it is absolutely nice property. It's described as a hostel, but a triple room we booked had it's own bathroom and room was a superb. The great view of the plaza from our room's balcony gets a brownie point. The staff is very helpful, and you drop off...

Wow what a great location and excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly. Our excellent and very clean room (no 2) - slightly smelly drain but not worth 'complaining about' - looked out onto the fascinating square which wasn't as noisy as I had expected. We had free quality buskers and sitting looking out of our balcony window...

I read about El Jardi in some travel book, then checked it out on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed! We were 7 that stayed there in June 2013. We found the staff very friendly & helpful, the rooms attractive, neat & tidy, the shower & the lift smallish, definitely not for very big overweight people. We loved the two lovely squares...
