It's a great place to stay. Location perfect. Hosts helpful. Breakfast was basic but good value. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Our bathroom was modern, clean and the shower was powerful. This place is an absolute gem and would 100% recommend staying here and will book again in the future. You won't be disapointed.

Great place to stay when I'm Barcelona! Near to most places and great for shopping and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful and the terrace is the best place to chill after a long day walking around the city! Everyone was so lovely and so happy to help you. The breakfast was great and things always got topped up when it...

Brilliant budget pension. Love the building, stairs, room decor and very quiet. Location fantastic, easy to walk to main places, or catch bus, metro. Stones throw to Passeg de Gracia, huge upmarket shops stay open 10pm. Main attractions Gaudis Batlo etc. Excellent eateries. Staff lovely especially Luz. Rooms, comfortable, safe, quiet. Only shower squeezed, poor water pressure and no shampoo...

A small guesthouse close to the metro and central tourist area, what more could you want? Not much, tidy rooms, good bathrooms, friendly staff and a great common area. Lots going on and everyone seemed to be having fun. We'd come again!

Clean, pleasant triple room with ensuite bathroom. Newly renovated. Friendly reception, nice common areas, breakfast is sufficient. The location is outstanding! There is some street noise but more disturbing was the banging doors of other guests going in and out of their rooms and of the hallway. There should be a sign on all the doors: Please close the door...

We stayed for one night. The beds were comfortable. Ensuite was a little compact but it had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location and it was a good price too! Breakfast was good but we were a little confused as to whether we made our own eggs so we didn't have...

We have booked this accommodation for a 2 day visit of the central area of Barcelona and i must say the location and the common kitchen area are really the highlights. If you expect some specially decorated rooms, then please notice that rooms are mediocre, most have shared bath and they are quite small. We picked the only available room...

While most of these reviews highlight the location, the budget-friendly aspect, and a spacious terrace to hold you and your aching feet over until Barce's nightlife starts, I wanted to give some praise to the front-desk staff--the people that welcome you, make you feel at home at this hostel and in the city. If there's a guy at the front...

Perfect location in the center of Barcelona, good price, great staff, beautiful and home-like interior :) Rooms are quiet and comfortable, some of them have nice balconies. They even bake their own bread for the breakfast :D. For sure I'll back here next time!

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
