Host was fab, free wifi and teas and coffee all day. This is not a hotel, the beds never get made and you get one towel for all your stay. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place, there's comings and goings all the time and very loud door locks, the staff play their tv all day...

Aesthetically its nice and different; Its actually not hotel but one's house converted to hotel rooms. If you have young kids, I will not recommend this. Below are something which I didnt like 1> Its old type building at top floor 2> Lift is too small and have many doors, cannot go comfortably with baby stroller 3> Triple room was...

Stayed in Eddy Rooms Barcelona for 1 night before joining the rest of a hen party. Initially I was meant to be travelling alone but another member of the group joined me at short notice. I called Norbert and he was extremely helpful and accomodating and was able to adjust the room booking so we could stay together. The location...

Friendly host, beautiful old building, very cool elevator with a weird/loud guardian lady, haha. The bathrooms could be cleaner. They were always out of toilet paper. For the price we payed it was OK.

My favourite accomodation place in Barcelona! I've been there quite long time ago (smth about 5 years ago), but since that time always try to stay in this place! It is perfectly located, exactly in the City center, walking distance from Passege de Gracia. I like this building and aspecially the elevator, it's a piece of art! Apartment (as the...

Eddy Rooms is the perfect accommodation for your trip in Barcelona! Three of us stayed here in April 2015 for three nights and had an amazing time! The apartment is located in a very central area - 10 minutes to Plaza de Catalunya ( where you can get the airport bus), 20 minutes to Sagrada Familia and 15-20 mins to...

On a recent visit to Barcelona we used Booking.com and found Eddy`s rooms, and what a find it was. This place is charming, clean (very) inexpensive, (in november) full of period features, (200yr old town house) flawless wifi, free use of tea coffee, toaster & microwave & kettle & corkscrew was an added bonus. Our bed was very comfortable, you...

First I couldn't locate the guest house as there were as no signs on the building, but it turned out to be in the 3rd floor of a well situated building in the heart of the city, the host is very kind, there was coffee & tea facility in the living room, room was good with free strong WiFi but...

We stayed in Eddy Rooms for 2 days during the last week of September. The location is in the center of Barcelona, around 12 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya and 8 mins walk to the metro. I Love that it has a place where you can eat breakfast and a free access to coffee and tea's all day. The room...

My friend and i stayed here just recently, ( July 29 till August 1 ). The place is strategically located in a quiet neighborhood in Girona. It is near to the bus stops and Girona metro station. We booked the twin room with private bath . Though we were a bit disappointed with the bathroom because it is very near...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
