Pretty quiet place. Great location, close to the metro and bus station. If you have a heavy luggage, I recommend you to take the bus no. 45 or 47 from Plaça de Catalunya to Barna house B&B. I always went on foot to Gracia, and Sagrada Familia. Cozy atmosphere just like home. Classic antique elevator was very nice. Staffs were...

The B&B is around 20 min from the airport near metrostation Verdaguer. It was very easy to find and I had a welcoming check-in from a Argentinean girl. She immideately gave me local tips that she drew on a map. The accomodation is really nice and clean. My room (4) was absolutely perfect if you're staying on your own. A...

Our stay was short, only two nights. The reception and check in process was very easy. We arrived in Barcelona very early, and although our room wasn't ready the hostess was available to check us in, store our luggage and answer any questions we had. The room was small, but VERY clean. Probably the only complaint I could have was...

We booked to stay here as my daughter moving to Gracia. We booked for one night in small double (room7). It was adequate, bed comfy, pillows not very good, shower hot, fresh towels, lighting was very poor, that's needs addressing and the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. Breakfast was fine, usual coffee, cereal, juice, cakes, coissant's, jam etc, in a...

Located on the first floor within a larger building, the hotel was modern yet rustic, relaxed and unimposing, its dining areas and rooms kept scrupulously clean. Choosing a small double, we were located at the centre of building, with a small terrace shared with the room next door. This meant minimal sunlight, and, unsurprisingly, very limited wandering-about space within the...

We were two couples and stayed for a night in June 2016.We had booked online just a dy ahead. You have to ring a door phone at the apartment entrance which remains locked. The lady replied in Spanish which we could not understand . However, she came down and opened the gate and made a call to her owner Julia who...

We booked a room with Casa Dover some months ago and were surprised to see that the name had changed to Barna House B&B without any notice from their side. Luckily, our reservation was still valid after checking, but an email beforehand would have been nice. We booked an Economy room with the former owner and were quite astonished when...

We had a very nice three-nights stay at this stylish, well-managed B&B. The manager was waiting for us to introduce us to the facilities, answer all questions and provide us with a very good coffee (free-flow self service included). For this stay we had a Junior Suite which was very tidy, spacious and was decorated as stylish as the rest...

I liked location, breakfast and friendly stuff... What might be weird is, that you stay in such a big Apartment with rooms they are renting. It means, that there is kitchen for all rooms. One entrance door ... You don´t have privacy. You hear every single word from the other rooms.

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
