The hostel is placed in a great location, 5 minutes from metro station, 5 minutes fro Casa Batlo, 7 minutes from "Cerveseria 100 montaditos" where the food and drink it's tasty and cheap see the picture attached. The Hostel is clean, giev free coffee and lemon tea, the staff friendly and helpful.

We had two twin beds and a sink in our room. Our window faced the street but the room was quiet and dark at night. There was an air conditioner which also helped relieve the humidity. Only issue was that the communal shower had no hot water in the morning but I'm not sure that I wasn't using it right.

The room with double bed was quite big, but in my opinion the bed was uncomfortable. You could hear all the noises from outside, but I used earplugs so I slept well. The staff was friendly. When we checked in, the man asked do we know Barcelona and we said no. He gave us a map and draw there every...

We were warmly greeted by a female staff member. In 10 minutes, she got us up to speed on what to do and how to get there. Really impressive! They had thought of everything, towels, wifi pwd and double room key, great! The room was basic, clean and large enough. Yes bathrooms are shared (and showers are tiny), but we...

The location was near the subway station Passeig de Gracia and also the AeroBus stop at Place de Catalunya. The room was small but clean. The shower and hot water was alright. Towels were provided. In the lobby, there was a water machine and some teabags and coffee for us to use and it was for free. But there was...

Stayed here for 2 nights midweek. We got there early (10am)and were going to see would they mind our bags, we were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready to go. We booked a private room with ensuite, it was small but perfectly formed! Clean and tidy, with the most comfortable bed I've slept in for a long time! Plenty...

Pros: Staff, Location, Room space, Beds, AC. Cons: Elevator, Shared bathrooms. I don't know why the website forces me to write at least 200 characters even though I have been straight to the point with my pros and cons. Anyway I exceeded now the limit lol.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
