We came to Segovia on a Saturday night and limited availability meant we eventually found details of this hotel and booked online. We arrived at Segovia by train and took the waiting number 12 bus to the end stop. A short walk brought us to the tourist office and the 'aquaduct' bus stop. From here a 15 minute walk up...

We really liked this hotel. It was very close to Plaza Major, the cathedral, and the Alcazar of Segovia. It was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We drove to Segovia from Madrid. The parking is always a problem in Spain, but the hotel has a valet parking service for 18 euros a night that worked out just...

This was a clean and modern hotel right in the midst of Segovia within a minute of the fabulous late gothic Cathedral at about 130 euros a room a night. The staff were helpful and the restaurant/bar served great food at a reasonable price. Carpeting the corridor between rooms would have helped to keep the noise down, but overall it...

Its quite hard to find the hotel as it sits within a pedestrianised zone. The hotel itself is clean but fairly basic. It has nice a spa under the hotel with limited access. Overall it was fairly decent but I have stayed in much better. I would likely try another hotel next time I visit Segovia.

Stayed two nights. The rooms are big enough and clean. It is a bit of task to get to the hotel by car, the gps is almost useless. Prepare for some very narrow "streets" and almost impossible turns. You have to drive through plaza mayor, note that at the entrance of the plaza there is a traffic cam and you...

This hotel and spa is right off the main square in the centre of town so ideally located for exploring Segovia. Staff made us feel very welcome and due to a problem with our aircon we were given a new room, a bottle of chilled cava and dinner for 2!

I've stayed at this hotel twice. It's pretty much perfect - it's got a great location just off the main square, so every major site (cathedral, castle, aqueduct) is in easy walking distance. It's very clean and the rooms are a reasonable size, the staff are wonderfully friendly, and if I return to Segovia i'll be staying here again.

This hotel is excellent in terms of location, service and quality of rooms. We stayed only 1 night but received an upgrade to a lovely room with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the Jewish quarter and mountains. Staff were very helpful and the Spa circuit was steamingly superb, but beware the cold water jets!

We had a good sized room and bathroom in this quirky small hotel. It isn't luxurious but certainly fine for a short stay. Not much in the way of public rooms though restaurant a good size. We didn't eat there in the evening but it does serve food then. Breakfasts are good though coffee from a machine. Service is a...

All roads in Segovia lead to the Plaza Mejor - the main square. This hotel is just off it. Arrive to a warm welcome. Go to the room. Enjoy the view from the window over the old city quarter to the hills beyond. Yes, this is a city you are going to like a lot. There is history in this...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Hotel Spa La Casa Mudéjar is situated in the very heart of Segovia, next to the Main Square and the Cathedral. This 15th century building was turned into a Hotel & Spa in 2005 incorporating many arqueological remains to up-to-date comfort. Thanks to the great care taken during the restoration work the hotel was awarded with the AR&PA Restoration Awards. Once inside you can enjoy amazing works of art and other beauties such as 15th century moulded ceilings, the best views to Guadarrama mountains, the most important Roman remains in the city after the Aqueduct and the Celtic foundations. ... more   less
