We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it very much. The staff were extremely helpful, our rooms was very clean and quiet with beautiful views like every room. Food in the restaurant was very good and again staff were very helpful and obliging.

The most recent reviewers have it spot on, particularly jonsmith51. Just to add the majority of staff were miserable and the establishment made no effort to promote the splendid grounds: and why turn the wifi off at 11.00 pm, as seemed to be the case? This is all a shame as this was my first Parador experience and I had...

This parador is all about its modern architectural features and fabulous views of the old city of Segovia. It is lovely sitting in the lounge or bar, looking out to the distant view of the cathedral and other historic city attractions. Our room was for disabled and was more than adequate and comfortable, close to the lobby, with no access...

We stayed here for 3 nights the first of the five paradors we have made reservations for on this trip Ciudad Rodrigo, Jarandilla de la Vera, Oropesa, Chinchón. As others have said, this parador is about 2 miles from the town centre, making it a tranquil location situated on the top of a hill and overlooking the town with wonderful...

The Parador overlooks the city from a bluff on the edge of the city. The view is stunning. This is a large parador but with only one receptionist on duty wehen we arrived we had to wait a long time to check-in. Although the building is impressive it is rather shabby in places.

Amazing View of the town, the Aquaduct and Alcazar,,,but again the malaise of Parador management and staff renders this hotel mediocre in the hospitality stakes. It is a cab ride from the hotel into the centre of the town. The building has imposing interiors in the common areas, due to the views from the elevated site and impressive structural architecture. The...

We had a room here with the most amazing views over Segovia however this was really the only excellent element of the hotel. There is nothing particularly wrong with it, but it is a modern building with a very dreary bar area and corporate lounges which illustrate the fact that really it is a conference centre. There are no buses...

Stayed here over weekend in summer, combining some sight-seeing with relaxing - can thoroughly recommend this parador; modern hotel with large, comfortable rooms, built on a hill opposite the city - our room had a wonderful view from the balcony. Ate in the dining room one night (again, stunning views); food was excellent and for a special meal was good...

A modern Pador which is much better from the inside looking out than the other way around. Situated on a quiet hill that looks over whole of the city including the Aqueduct and Cathedral, spectacular by day or night. The view from the terrace of the dining room is very much like the view from the Parador in Toledo. Ample...

After visiting Northern Spain we headed back towards Madrid and spent a night in Segovia. Part of our planning on hotels involved looking for ones with pools since we knew August would be hot. We had done some research on Paradors in Spain and this one seemed to fit our needs. First, the hotel is not glamorous or fancy. It...
