Our family came to this hotel for my Wifes 50th birthday and we had three rooms on the top floor and have to say the rooms are stunning. We initially dismissed this hotel as we were been a bit snobby and only looking at 3 and 4 star hotels but loved the look of this hotel so booked it, It was... Our room (24) was a good size ie plenty of room to open two suitcases with room to move around. We have never had a room this close to a monument. The night staff made us feel very welcome. They helped us carry our luggage up the two floors of stairs (no lift). Muchos gracias. We wish their attitude had... More

Excellent stay, even extended for an extra night , very cute and extremely friendly staff, excellent location by the cathedral. Good internet connection, could even do decent work! Highly recommended! 2 steps away from the great la malguerida for drinks, diner, lunch.

Cool building but hard to stay with my kids....paid a pretty high price for their last room (a triple) and asked for a crib to be set up....when we arrived we were given a pretty small room with 3 singles and no crib....it took a long time to sort out that we had to have a crib for our baby... Absolutely adorable hotel in prime location. Rooms are super cute in an old 16th century building and it was very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast is also a good value especially for what you would pay at a restaurant for the same food. The hotel staff could be a bit friendlier though. Only one out of 3 people working at... More

Adorable traditionally decorated hotel. We loved our room and especially loved that we could open the windows and look right at the cathedral. I would recommend this for a romantic getaway and for its excellent vacation. It also felt like stepping back in time. The free wi-fi was also a plus! It was meticulously clean and the staff was very... More

I had a bit of mixed feelings about this place. First off, I think it's a very charming and cosy hotel. It has a very rustic feel and is very close by the Cathedral, right beside it actually, so it's location is pretty alright. It is also about a 5-10 minute walk to the main plaza where the shopping/eating areas... More

Great little historic hotel as close to the center of things as imaginable. So close, the amazing cathedral walls fill up the entire view from the french balcony. But it is quiet at night still. beaned high ceiling, cool bath with little window over rooftops. Great buffet breakfast for not much money. Helpful and pleasant staff.

I have mixed feelings about my stay. What I found positive was the place was quite charming, very clean, convenient location, good air conditioning (however was not switched on to proper temp first night, but was rectified my second night), and the woman Sana who seems to be in charge was very nice. Also only a few hours turnaround on... More

Six days in Toledo made one of the best vacations we've ever had, and much of it had to do with our lodgings at Casa de Cisneros! most tours have you stay in Madrid and do a Toledo day trip - we did it the other way around, with time to get lost in the magical hilltop medieval city of... More
