Visited the wonderful historic capital of Spain in September 2012. The parador offered a most excellant place to stay and enjoy our visit. The parador is located across the river with a beautiful view of he entire city from its patio and pool. The service was first class. The room was extra large and was just there superior room. It...

The really special feature of this hotel is the view overlooking the city. Clean and comfortable, with nice service. The restaurant is quite good. All in all, a lovely place to spend a day or two. Because of its location overlooking Toledo, you do have to make arrangements for getting into town.

This is a delightful hotel. Very pretty and elegant, with spacious rooms that have everything you might need. The view over the city is breathtaking and the staff is kind and always helpful. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant which offered a wide variety of Spanish dishes and excellent wines. When I will go back to Toledo, I will know where...

The Parador is on the hill opposite the city of Toledo. We were offered a change of room to the one we booked as the original one 'did not have the view'. It was certainly worth the change. The room was spacious, the bar and terrace had the view, and the restaurant was good, with excellent breakfast buffet.

We stayed at the Parador de Toledo for one night in September 2012 on our trip through Spain. Arrived a little earlier than expected and the staff were very helpful, stored our luggage and we went and had a cup of tea on the terrace and admired the magnificent views of Toledo. We got into our room around 12.15 p.m....

This was the last of several Paradores in which we stayed on our Spanish road trip. Having stayed in the city itself on our last visit we agreed that this was a far better option as the views from the terrace, restaurant and our "twin room with view" were simply spectacular. However, the staff here were the least friendly of...

Took a cab from Toledo, the views from road alone are worth visiting the parador, and then you walk in though the front door seeing the view of Toledo over the terras. incredible views. Check in was fast and efficient (when I got round to it); I had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and part...

I've added welcoming staff to the title having seen that others were not always impressed - we had no problem in terms of helpfulness and good service. The views are great - our balcony had the view on the TA photo and lit up at night he town is even more special. Good facilities, although you do need a taxi...

We are a family of five (2 teens, 1 tween, mum & dad) who stayed for one night at the Toledo parador on our road trip from Madrid to Marbella at the beginning of August this year. Undoubtedly, this parador's USP are the fabulous views overlooking the gem of a city that is Toledo, however, we found this parador to...
