Getting there - you have to drive through the town to get to the site, which is an experience. Touring pitches reasonably sized each with electric, water and a sink. Basic but adequate facilities although showers and toilets closed at night out of season. Fairly expensive (circa €26.00 for car, caravan and 2 adults in October 2016). Friendly bar /...

Really nice camping, I spent time here twice and it is a really calm and cozy place. The showers are nice and the reception is very helpful, besides that the location is great if you like beaches and prefer to be outside of the city center.

Firstly this is very handy for the Brittany Ferry port at Santander, especially if like us you don't want to haul a couple of children in a crammed car many miles in the hot Spanish Summer. Even with A/C it really isn't worth travelling a long way in the lovely sun when you could be unpacked and on the beach!...

Stayed here for a couple of nights prior to our return to the UK. The campsite is very clean, has a small shop and has a decent cafe/restaurant serving breakfasts and evening meals. There are a couple of good restaurants just outside the campsite and one up at the lighthouse 200 metres away. And there's a lovely decent sized beach...

This is the second time we stayed here and although it is largely functional - due to the proximity to the ferry port - this is truly an excellent site. It was everything you would need. The staff are great. It's location is good - although a bit of a stroll from the main beach there is a small cove...

Received a cool welcome, bad day maybe...shown to pitch which was tiny, you have to park long ways across instead of driving or reversing in. Little on the snug size but has power and tap with sink so that's a plus. We were there three nights including a main Spanish holiday, and the Spanish can party and let you know...

We really enjoyed the two nights we stayed here. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The pitches are a little small but the showers and toilets were very clean and we didn't find it noisy in the night. Beach close by. Lovely bar by the lighthouse for watching the sunset. Easy to get a bus into Santander. We would...

We stayed here as we were late off the ferry and it is only about 20 minutes from the port. Restaurant is reasonably priced but doesn't serve food until 8pm. There are a couple of good restaurants just outside the site. There was hot water in the showers and our pitch had its own tap and sink. Only problem was...

I staid one night on this campsite in june and I was quite shocked about the unfriendly women at the reception. She didn't want to give me an alternative plot although there was half of the campside available. I wasn't satisfied with the place for my car and tent. In the night I heart streetnoise from roaring car motors because...

We were late docking at Santader so made for the nearest campsite. When we pulled on the site there was no one else camped up on site. We were shown our pitch which was grass and very small even for our 6 mtr van. Could not find the EHU eventually found it under a water supply sink?? Which was filthy....
