We were on the 4th floor and from our room we enjoyed the fantastic view of the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Location is great, but the kitchenette lacks basic kitchen utensils like toaster, kettle etc. The free WiFi so much advertised on the website was dreadful. Basically non-existent. Cleaning was average and the staff...

This is fine as a base from which to enjoy porto de la cruz, which is beautiful. The hotel receptions try their best and I heard them speak several languages .we needed a dentist and the man on reception giggled a local one .I also leant a hair dryer and on arrival asked for a kettle and one arrived within minutes.so...

Reasonably priced with interesting reception area. Our room was very nice, as we had a corner one, with a good view of the sea and the small gardens from our balcony. There is an outdoor pool, and an inside one, which has glass walls. A bit unusual but fun. Staff could not be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble....

Very nice clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. Good range of hot food with all you can eat for €9. Very short walk to supermarket and pubs. Is quite hilly so for those not to good walking to the town a taxi will cost about €4 euros. Overall very nice

We got out here by our travel agent as original fully booked. Rusty bath, constant egg smell in room, no kettle, no toaster, hardly any cutlery. Hardly any sun loungers, only entertainment is a pool table!! Not in a good area - awful!!! We did 3 nights of the 7 & paid for a different hotel to move & start...

2nd visit to La Carabela after visiting 2 years ago. Not much has changed, except they seem to be catering more for families than couples. Although the apartments are getting a bit dated and in need of a revamp, we had a good time and everything suited our needs. The apartments are cleaned daily and the towels changed every 2...

There is bad and there is bad.. This is even worse than all of that.. Rooms are small, and not comfortable at all, there is no ac, microwave or any other appliances in the rooms. Got to the bar that is supposed to close at 12am at 23:45 for a beer and I was told that the bar was already...

It is a friendly hotel in a calm area, not far of Puerto de la Cruz center. Has a supermarket very close and you can easily park your car near the hotel. The apartment has all that you need, but don’t expect find luxurious furniture or equipment. You will get what you pay, a clean and comfortable apartment to enjoy...

We were amazed at the value of this property. We staying 4 nights in a self-catering apartment and paid pennies for what we received. A kitchenette, cleaning almost every day with fresh towels and basic toiletries, a lovely leafy surroundings and space for parking our rental car. This was the perfect basis for us to explore Tenerife as it wasn't...
