Ideal location and very good hotel, excellent staff. very helpful and friendly. Family run hotel with long history of excellent service, will be happy to visit again any time. Would recommend this to all our friends.

We stayed at this hotel last year and found it charming, it’s a very traditional Canary hotel. It’s very clear they get guests who come every year and have been staying in the hotel for many years. When we checked in, we were taken to our room which was on the lower ground floor,

Hotel is old fashioned and that's part of its charm. However WiFi you have to pay for and then find it does not work in your room. Refrigerator replaced twice during stay and still did not get one that functioned
Stupid things like this let the hotel down badly

First time at the hotel and we weren't disappointed. It's an older building and thats part of its charm with all things a person requires for a week or two away.

A nice sized pool, very clean. Has a Jacuzzi and sauna and even a large chess board the kind u walk on. The pool bar

Stayed 2 weeks in this hotel, friendly staff, clean, always sunbeds available at the pool. Definitely worth getting half board, food was good. Could not get a better location. Night Porter went out of his way to get us food when we arrived late at night. Loved it!

Is there a charging area for mobility scooter?
Hello, I don't think this hotel is suitable for anyone with mobility issues. If I remember correctly you have to go either up or down stairs to get to room's. If, however, you are looking to leave a mobility scooter somewhere safe they do have a small room by reception where you can keep your cases so they maybe able to keep it in there for you. Good luck.😃

hi does anyone know of a tour operator with packages to this hotel that include a transfer from the airport in the south
Suggestion, book your flight to Tenerife North (Norte/Los Rodaos) airport because the taxi ride is only 15 mins from Northern airport & cost wise will be €25 max against €150 & 1hr +++ with traffic. Book hotel direct through Hotel booking web sites or trip adviser etc etc. All booked separate will save you a lot of money.... Good Luck & have a GREAT TIME. Puerta de la Cruz is a fabulous town, but the weather can be very changeable, but you won’t get the riff riff from Las America’s etc cause it is a very cosmopolitan place, like a city....

Hi, we are booked in to stay in this hotel for a week at the beginning of July, can you please advise the cost of wifi for the week and if the cost is per device or for the hotel room. Thank you.
I think it was an hour free - but that was for the email you used to sign in, if you then use a different email eg a completely made up one then you can use it again!!! Most of the restaurants around have free wifi too so I always ask for the code and use it this way.

Good morning - Can you tell me if the wifi is free? Also are their towels provided for the swimming pool? We would like a room with sun and a balcony if possible. I used to stay at the hotel in the 70's when I worked for travel companies and am looking forward to seeing how it is now! Many thanks
hi.the towels are free and you just pop them into a laundry basket by the pool.

"We liked the back rooms facing the pool and sea, fresher air, not so sunny but this suits us."
