Thyis was our second visit to the Reina Isabel, the first was 40 years ago, quite a lot has changed. The location of the hotel is its big selling point, right on the promenade a few yards from the beach. The problem we found was that while there are a lot of resturants shops etc close by the surrounding area...

I came here with a group of friends, for a small post Universidad reunion. The Bull Hotel chain was recommended to us by a Gran Canarian friend. We started off in the North of the island in Hotel Reina Isabel, this place was really fantastic. The location the hotel was ideal to say the least. Our balcony looked over the...

We stayed at the Reina Isabel yet again. Without doubt, the best thing about this hotel is its location. The second best thing is the staff; even the ones who had little command of English couldn't do enough for you. The third best thing was the large open air but roofed bar overlooking the promenade and the beach and watching...

The Reina Isabel must be the best hotel you can find at the beach area of Las Canteras. Its biggest advantage is that it' 5 steps from the hotel exit to the beach. Breakfast is really copious, although the settings in the Roma restaurant are to kitch for my likening. Reception has excellent staff, helpfull with checkin and questions. You...

This is, above all, a nice hotel. AVERAGE ITEMS: Clean, good decors and friendly staff. GOOD ITEMS: The breakfast is very good, with plenty of choice in hot and cold food, pastries, eggs and fruit. The room has free wi-fi access. Nice gymn and rooftop swimming pool. Located on the beach on the sidewalk with plenty of restaurants and bars....

This is out 4th time to this hotel. The public areas are lovely - nice quiet lounge where there are four PCs for internet (generally busy) and a lovely terrace/bar. The dining room is very brightly lit. The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a freshen up. very soft beds (all rooms are twin) and the aircon...

I spent a week in this hotel in Las Palmas. Location and seaview were sharming, the hotel is definitely the best choice in Las Palmas from that point of view. The beach is in the center of the reef, so just a very nice clean sand. The hotel also has it's own sunbeds which you can request at reception. The breakfast...

While public areas are very nice and beach location, too, the rooms are not good. This particular room (136) faces the street and is the size you would expect in New York City - barely room to move around the bed. The bathroom, though, was nicely sized. Anyway, the biggest problem is the air conditioning is terrible. I complained and...

My husband had a business trip in Gran Canaria and I joined him. For me it was leisure and pleasure, so I wanted the "perfect" hotel for this! Reina Isabel is directly on Las Canteras (best beach in Las Palmas), the only one with sunloungers on the beach. The swimming pool is on the rooftop with amazing view and excellent...
