The whole visit to Canarias was completed by the Hotel's Spa, I think we spent most of the time in there, was great, with many options and with a wonderful view, the room was good and the breakfast was with everything you could want for a brunch, the only down side was the room service and menu with a few...

Yes hotel is a little worn but I kinda like that slightly aged charm and I do of the nautical themed architecture of the hotel when seen from the beach side. Its right on the beach walkway where Canarians like to promenade and, particularly at night also to jog, so lots to watch going by whist sitting in the cafe...

We enjoyed a week-long stay at Reina Isabel in Las Palmas. It was selected for us by our tour company, but we would certainly choose it for a return visit. It was conveniently located along the Canteras Boardwalk and handy to most shopping and the wonderful beach! The buffet breakfast was a special treat with its many stations and fresh...

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in february, and we loved it. As some guests are pointing out, the hotel is a little worn and dated here and there but for us it just added to the whole experience. There's just more soul in this kind of hotel than a brand new assembly line hotel. Breakfast is...

We spent 14 nights here in January 2013 but were a little disappointed with this hotel. It is looking a little tired & in need of some refurbishment. the dining room in particular is stark & crowded & the buffet area is cramped to the point of being dangerous. the food was no more than OK but if you are...

Playa de Las Canteras is a lovely beach, well maintained and safe for bathing. The hotel exits onto the beach across a smart promenade. The hotel is rather dated in places, Our sea view room was bland but clean. We had noise above our room on a few occasions which sounded like someone moving furniture. We complained but it continued fron...

We stayed in the Reina Isabel 5 nights in late January. This is a nice hotel, with very good service and a nice location on the beach-front. The regular rooms are a bit dated in terms of décor, and rather uninspiring, but very clean nonetheless. The shower is powerful. The wireless internet is free but doesn't always work well. The...

Just back from a week's walking holiday based in La Reina Isabel. We had a suite so lots of room. Didn't want to pay the extra for a sea view and our room at the front onto the street was absolutely fine...great double glazing and not very noisy anyway. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and free use of spa. We...

We stayed at Reina Isabel for Christmas 2012, away from family and friends for the first time. It turned out to be one of the best holidays we've had. We had reserved a junior suite with ocean view and ended up with an upgrade to grand suite and two separate balconies facing the sea. The suite had newly been refurbished...

Just great. Nice staff always smiling. Clean and cosy. Rooms are big and clean with large balcony. The breakfast is amazing. There's a cheff cooking omelets the way you want them. If possible, ask for the ocean view. Really could have expected to pay much more for high quality like that.
