The hotel is located midway between the tourist area of Las Palmas, in a green oasis on both sides. It is also on the tourist bus routes with regular group visits who click away with cameras at the hotels ornate façade. Our room was large at the front with a balcony overlooking the park. One sink in the bathroom was...

This hotel is from another age (in the best sense). Beautiful, colonial architecture set in lovely gardens. The room was fine although the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbours talking. We thought Eduardo in reception was great and we tried to ask him any questions as he was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a very...

When we arrived the receptionist let us knew that we had booked the wrong month...but, no problems, after some time they found a room. A little bit stiff staff in the bar. They could easinier it up with a little smile.

Beautiful hotel from around 1900 set in a nice park. Big, comfortable room wth balcony. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast and good food and ambiance in the restaurant. The lifts were a bit unpredictable, though.
