What a great charming hotel, full of character. The breakfast was superb and the one serving lady was brilliant nothing was to much trouble. Very clean rooms with great shower and fluffy towels. TV had no English speaking channels, however that was only a minor issue. Beds were really comfy, This is a no children hotel, has a great pool...

Dear Mr. Steve, Than you very much for your comments. There must be English speaking channels on the TV's. Actually all TV's are brand new in every room and satellite connections are working. We checked and solved it. Please next time report us asap, and we help you straight away. Greetings from San Lorenzo, Eduard

We stayed at Hotel San Lorenzo on a long weekend to Palma at the beginning of February. The hotel was wonderful. We were made to feel at home immediately and, as requested, had been given a room away from the street. Stepping outside our room was a lovely little courtyard with the swimming pool. Unfortunately this wasn't heated so we...

Booked this hotel for a city break weekend in February. An absolute gem of a hotel in a great location, ideal for sightseeing and close proximity to a variety of restaurants. Friendly staff who all spoke excellent English. The room we had was a junior suite with its own private terrace overlooking the pool. Too cold for swimming in February...

Dear Diana, Thank you for your comments. Indeed it is better to use the pool in summer, although sometimes we have guests who are very brave! We expect to see u son. Greetings from Mallorca, Eduard

A delightful, little hotel with a friendly, homely atmosphere, located close to the cathedral and the promenade and in walking distance of all the major sites in Palma. Since a plumbing problem forced us to change rooms, we were lucky enough to sample two examples featured in the hotel photographs and both were tastefully furnished with old, Mallorcan pieces...a welcome...

This small boutique hotel is situated in the center of Palma, you can walk to everything from here. We stayed here for 5 nights off season and enjoyed it very much. We booked a junior suite with private rooftop terrace - had both table and chairs and sunbeds - super in the summer. The suite was in two floors, downstairs...

We stayed 2 nights in November, the first night was a room at the front of the hotel. We could not sleep for the noise, there is a bar opposite with late night departures and we noted that locals sit outside on the street chatting in the small hours. The bed was hard which either hurt my hip or my...

The Hotel San Lorenzo is a charming and well managed boutique, (adults only), hotel. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The place throughout is kept extremely clean. The morning breakfast is quite satisfying. The room decor is traditional and simple. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were very nice. The hotel is located in a...

We visited Palma recently and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. The staff were all very attentive, friendly and helpful and it would be difficult to single anyone out for praise, they all work as a great team and nothing is too much trouble. Our room (number 5) was a perfect spot next to the...

The San Lorenzo is outstandingly well located close to the centre of Palma, with all of the key attractions within 10 minutes' walk. It is hidden away up a narrow street behind the San Lorenzo church, which means that despite its proximity to the tourist zone, this hotel remains absolutely quiet and tranquil at all times. The building is in...

My husband and I returned to the San Lorenzo for the second year running and we weren't disappointed. The hotel was just as beautiful as we remembered and even better now it's adults only. We stayed in room 6 which is a suite with a large private terrace over looking the pool area. We would thoroughly recommend it. Perfectly located...
