Well located, but tricky to find as entrance is inside an arcade. Best to park and find on foot. Good sized room, very clean. Breakfast available at bar next door. Friendly, helpful staff in hotel and bar. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Old town is well worth a visit. Dogs welcome, would use again.

Extremely well located. It is true the self check-in could be disturbing. Just be careful if you arrive by car, really complicated to reach. Saying that, will repeat, not expensive and decent rooms. Postas street just in your doorstep.

This hotel is a really cute place to stay in the center of Vitoria. The town is small and walkable but this is in a good location. It has a self check in available in which you put your reservation code into a computer which then prints your room key. Big bath tub and a TV, reliable wifi, the heat...

This hotel is everything you don't want in a hotel: it's dark, dirty, noisy. Very often there is no staff. If the staff it's there, it's rude and more or less useless. If you wanna experience a "bad-exploitation-horror-movie" atmosphere you may even like it, getting scared by the creepy people you may find in the dark corridors. If you don't,...

We had so much difficulty finding this hotel that we were in a bad frame of mind when we eventually discovered it at the back end of a shopping precinct. Things got worse when we found that reception was closed until early evening and the automatic check in would not accept our reference number. A phone call to the helpline...

The hotel was a bit difficult to find and it was inside a precinct. It is a basic modern no frills hotel that meets all the requirements. It is clean, bright, modern, has large room with wi fi and flat screen tv on wall and in the heart if the city. Unfortunately in room 101 where we were there was...

It's lost somewhere in a shopping centre, has no character and prefers if you collect your key via a computer terminal, which wasn't working for me. That said, the shopping centre is very centrally located, the room is relatively large, comfortable and quiet, and there is a perfectly friendly receptionist morning and evening. And it is very good value. Apparently...

Very pleasant hotel, takes you by surprise when you find it as it is inside a small shopping mall! It is very clean and modern, the rooms are spacious and bedding is spotless! Great location, takes seconds to get to bars and shops, wifi is very fast in the room. The town is a must see, it is beautiful.

A good hotel near principal city square, clean but with little room, big lcd tv and fast wifi connection. The rooms is a bit noise because the wall are slim. Helpful and kindly staff I arrive in the morning to leave my baggage but they get me the room even before check in.

Did not expect much except a room & a bed but was pleasantly surprised to find a newly renovated modern hotel in the dead centre of town. Very clean, Wi-fi was perfect, short walk to restaurants & sights. Only stayed the one night in single room which though small, the bed could still have accommodated another person. Staff could not...
