We stopped here whilst travelling down to southern Spain, brilliant hotel with secure parking and very helpful hosts we would have liked to stay longer as the old town looked very interesting and the hotel and breakfast outstanding.if travelling that way again we will return

Our last stop on the way back to our house in France. We already plan to book again for our next trip to Spain and Portugal. Our room was just what we appreciate - quirky, comfortable and very relaxing. After a rest we strolled into the town which is really fascinating and we hope that the restoration works on the...

Unfortunately we were not able to stay here. I had booked a room for two nights, four months ahead of our planned stay. As a disabled person I had requested a room with step free access and disabled facilities. When we arrived, the pleasant young lady on reception acknowledged that whilst we had booked a disabled room, her colleague had...

Second stay at this hotel .. situated within easy reach of the city centre, secure car park. Character bedroom (shabby chic furniture), fairly spacious with large en-suite shower room. Hard mattress (ideal for me!). Vitoria-Gasteiz is lively .. beautiful old buildings and excellent modern shopping area, restaurants etc. Definitely worth a visit!

Stopped here on our way to Portugal from our home in France. Fabulous place, very interesting old hotel full of charm. Staff were really friendly and I presumed the restaurant was closed as it did say it was not open in the evening but they said it was at the moment because it was the run up to Christmas. They...

We have mixed feelings about the Palacio de Elorriaga. It certainly has tons of atmosphere and the staff are extremely helpful. There was a comfortable lounge and a restaurant that was open for lunch. Our room and bathroom were spacious. Beds were a little uncomfortable. There was lots of parking inside a gated area. You do have to drive into...

Nice elegant hotel with charm and character and private free parking facilities. Rooms were spacious and have their charm, however walls are very thin and you hear neighbours quit clearly at night. Beds are a little bit small and mattress hard. 7min by car from the centre. Still decent stay.

We have been there in July. The hotel is located in an ancient palace. therefore it is worth the stay. I found striking that the floor is leaning..I suggest you enjoy the patio and the view. Exceptional when you travel by car (private parking). The setting must have been very nice in the past, but the work of contemporary architecture...

Having read previous reviews we were really looking forward to staying at this hotel and elegant dining. On arrival we were initially pleased with our choice. The place certainly has charm and character. There was plenty of free parking and our room was large and pleasant. We had chosen the hotel as we would be able to dine in after travelling all...

This hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the main town but it's worth staying here as it's very charming. The room was spacious and had lots of character such as stone walls and exposed beams. The garden is very pleasant to sit in with a refreshing drink after your city visit. The car park is good and...
