Very reasonably priced pension in the center of the old city close to great pinxto bars, la Concha beach and the main market. Helpful staff. We had the triple room which was quite large though one can hear the street noise. The breakfast offered at another site is now 4euros (not 1) and not worth it. For an early breakfast... More

Given the cost of many hotels in the area this is good value for money. It is clean, enough space and a good base for spending a few days in town It is in a quiet part of town and only a short walk from the lively old town and the beach. Staff very friendly.

Don't be nervous about this 2* hotel. We were delighted with the standard of our room, air conditioning, toiletries, safe, chocs on the bed on arrival and scrupulously clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast for €1, what a bargain! However, if you are a light sleeper you may need ear plugs to shut out the... More

I so wanted to give the hotel a higher review than this - there is so much to love about the place - but in all conscience I wouldn't recommend the place to a friend - because ultimately the point of a hotel is to be able to sleep and given the noise, that was the one thing I couldn't... More

Our visit coincided with the San Sebastian feria, which explained why the hotel prices were so much higher than our visit last year. Everyone who loves Spain and the Spanish should visit this wonderful city. A gastronomic delight from it's 100's of pintxos bars to it's Michelin starred restaurants. The hotel is about a half hour walk from the Old... More

The hotel is perfectly located in a nice neighbourhood of San Sebastián, close to many good bars and restaurants, the beach, old town. The room has everything you need, including a good bed. We had a room at the back side of the hotel, which is above a bar, so it was a bit noisy at night. Staff was very... More

This is a very well placed little hotel (10 bedrooms) in a central location within 10 minutes of the old town a where most of the restaurants are located , and 10 minutes to the Bus terminal. The rooms are comfortable and are air conditioned. It is situated on a busy road but this did not seem to be a... More

I stayed in a triple room with two friends for two nights, and we were all very happy with this hotel. The location was perfect for us - close enough to old town for walking around, but far enough away to escape the late night noise. It is also only a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station, which was... More

Excellent for a couple of days base when travelling. Certainly value for money. Pension situated in the heart of the old town. Rooms very good and very clean. Staff very welcoming. Probably best to get a room at the rear of the hotel as there is a bar at the front. Can get breakfast round the corner for €1! Consisted... More

With only one floor of rooms, it's no wonder that it's almost always full-up. Staff are very accommodating and helpful, and the room was completely appointed for our short two-night stay. Easy walking distance to Old Town. However, the weather in San Sebastian is quite beyond their control, so be sure to bring a strong umbrella. Do dine in the... More
