Everything was perfect..Great location, really helpful staff and everything was super clean I check in at 00.30 in the evening and the staff was waiting for me and they provide me all kind of information despite the late hour. I woke up in the morning and I had a good breakfast which was included in the price After the check...

It has everything you need for a short stay. Its very clean. Staff is kind and welcoming. Breakfast is ok. It`s a small hostel, but not a party one. Location is perfect. Rooms are good, there is enough space between the beds. There are enough bathrooms and showers for all the people staying in the shared rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at Pil Pil Hostel. The staff is great and super nice, the girl working at night even gave me some turrón! The walls are quite thin, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The bunkbeds felt a bit unstable, especially the top bunks, but otherwise were quite comfortable. Nice common area, good location close to...

Quite convinient location. Basic service - nothing bad, nothing special. If you are going by car, you can try to park around stadium San Mames. Very basic breakfast (cereals, milk, jam) and weak coffee but always something before you start your day. For foreigners: siesta is long and very strict in Bilbao - getting someting to eat impossible.

I spent a week in Bilbao and when looking for hotels/hostels this one immediately caught my eye for its location alone. I'm glad to say I wasn't disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the price was more than fair. As a person who dislikes mornings I found it a huge bonus to have coffee already at hand...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for about a week since it was the cheapest we could find in the area. We stayed in a 6 BR and we were surprisingly able to get some sleep. I appreciated the staff's diligence in order to have everybody quiet and out of the common area by midnight. The breakfast wasn't anything special...

Ok, mattresses are confortable. But it must be a one day accomodation, for your own good. But then you discover that: beds have no "safety bars" to prevent to fall down (I suffer from vertigos but couldn't change the accomodatiom) and move extremely when you just sneeze; if you get to have a bed near the door, remember that you'll...

Well situated near the central bus station where the airport bus terminates. Very friendly and helpful staff who all spoke good English. Clean, bright and comfortable hostel. Spacious dormitory, bunk bed accommodation, with lockers for storage with key, wifi. Very clean showers and toilets. Basic but plentiful breakfast. Close to restaurant area of Bilbao, and about 20 minute walk from...

I stayed in a triple room with 2 friends for 2 nights. It's a 5-7 min walk from the bus station and right by one of the liveliest streets in Bilbao for bars. The bathrooms were all v.clean and there were more than enough (I never had to wait) - definitely much better than an average hostel. The room was...
