We stayed for one night in a superior room. The room is gorgeous and the bed is extremely comfortable (moderately soft with soft sheets). The room's private balcony behind glass is a great touch. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast this morning was a delicious buffet with plenty of variety. I'd highly recommend it. There are only two things...

We had a very big corner room on the 7th floor with a good view but the room was impersonal and unwelcoming, it took us 24 hours to find the switch for the electric window blinds. We had a drink in the bar, had to wait ages to be served and the staff made us feel we were not welcome,...

The hotel décor and architecture is gorgeous. We were greeted by friendly helpful staff and were given a nice quiet room on the 9th floor. Breakfast tried to cater for all and there was a good choice. It would be nice if they did teapots of hot water for the foreign guests who are tea drinkers as there was no...

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with amazing architecture, very close to all the sights and city centre. We got a fantastic deal on our room and board and this is the only hotel with a pool that is free for guests. The room was a good size and we found that anytime we requested extra pillows and towels etc we were seen...

We were excited to finish our holiday in Northern Spain at one of the more 'luxurious' hotel in Bilbao. The building and facilties were fantastic. However, our room was located directly under the gym and when people got on the treadmill we heard nothing but pounding - it sounded like a nightclub bass. When i called the reception, they said...

We stayed here again in August and we're quite disappointed this time - asked for the same room as the last time on the 5th floor and had to settle for the 2nd floor with a not so good views over the lovely local park, as the only other option was 9th floor and my wife does not like heights,...

The location is a short walk from the Guggenheim and on the edge of the river that has a nice walking area. There is also a tram stop out front that is a short 10-15 minute ride to the old town. There is parking at the hotel but it can be a bit of a tight squeeze ... The hotel...

We stayed for one night. The hotel room we had was clean and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the river. The bathroom was luxurious. The position of the hotel was ideal for walking to everywhere we wanted in the city including the Guggenheim and the old city. The car park is quite narrow to drive into and out of...
