Excellent customer service, good parking if you are early to check in as some of the spaces hard to manoeuvre into, especially if you have car bigger than ford focus, good value for money, especially where the hotel is located. One disturbing thing was neighbours of my room. They came back to the room late at night and were very...

The room had everything we needed, balcony, safe, fridge, efficient aircon. So overall the room is good value. We had a room at the rear of the hotel, I cannot comment on what sleep quality is like at the front which is on a busy road. The hotel is located central to everything: bars of Plaza Espana, tapas of El...

Nice , quiet and clean but I am not sure where to put the suitcase. Central rooms look on to a central internal lobby area. Bath/ shower area all good. Staff seemed friendly and the hotel is right in the centre as the name suggests. Reasonable food, just don't eat too much.

A very nice city hotel in beautiful Zaragoza. Rooms are excellent and the food and service are outstanding. Very welcoming and situated not even 10 minutes of walk from the main square and the breathtaking Cathedral of Our Lady of the Pillar.

Hotel is very well located within walking distance of main attractions. Despite an unimpressive front, the inside is modern and in excellent condition. Room spacious and comfortable. Good and clean bathroom. Good buffet breakfast not included. WiFi works well. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has a very good parking entering the back of the building going around the block. Elevator...

A little difficult as far as checking in because there is no parking in front and have to wait till check in to get into parking lot behind the building, which costs around 10 E/ d. Parking is...

The staff is very nice. The guys at the bar and the restaurant were just gorgeous. Excellent location at the edge of the old city. It's a bit complicated when you get there for the first time by car (since there are no places to park in front of the hotel temporarily). Parking is a little expensive but in line...

Very pleasant staff, room big enough but not enormous, very clean. This hotel is in an excellent location for restaurants, shops, sites. Very local underground parking 15€ a day. Didn't try breakfast as there was a super bakery just a couple of shops along from the hotel that had good breakfasts. Aircon needs to be coaxed into life, you get...

Central, smart, spotless and with all modern facilities I enjoyed my nights stay and would happily stay there again. The staff were pleasant and helpful, pointing out places to visit in the city including the El Tubo district which was only 2 minutes away.

Great modern hotel in a central location close to all the sights and sounds. The beds are comfortable, good shower and wonderfully quiet air conditioning so we could sleep in 30 degree plus heat. We would definitely go back.
