We loved this hotel - thought it had loads of character, with lovely lounge area, amazing fine cotton sheets and slightly faded grandeur. Definitely not your average chain. We booked a family room expecting 3 beds crammed into 1, and were delighted to be given 2 interjoining rooms with separate bathrooms, which our daughter loved, and which gave us all lots of space and privacy. Brilliant location too,and very quiet (we had rooms at the rear of the hotel).

We found the hotel quite difficult to find using our GPS. It is located in a laneway between two buildings right in the middle of town. You will need to drive across the footpath to get to the front of the hotel. There is onsite parking but it was full by the time we arrived. The hotel kindly offered a competitive rate at a nearby parking station which was great. It's amazing how your stay is influenced by your interaction with the staff. Isabel on reception was very pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was king size and nice and comfortable. Great location for an easy walk to the Roman ruins, local restaurants and shops. Typical continental breakfast was included in our tariff as was wi-fi

Great night stay with the family in Zaragoza. My family picked well this hotel, which is well located, has very nice rooms (with Goya paintings on them - not original ones, disappointingly), a superb breakfast and is clean and staff is excellent. What else can you ask for?

Just stayed one night here on a longer trip the lady who booked us in was excellent her English was very good friendly with a genuine smile. The room was superb huge bed lots of space. The location is good too smack in the centre of the city, also the parking is under the hotel and is reasonable considering its location. the inclusive breakfast is more than adequate. the staff was very helpful and guided us to an excellant restaurant itts a pity the one at the hotel is no more. all in all it is a very good hotel

This hotel is very cozy and its location has to be the best. You are directly in walking distance to everything from food, drinks, shopping and just getting to take in the sites. Tapas are everywhere at low prices. Great beds. A/C, Internet, cable TV, and a good breakfast. I'm not sure about parking because I used taxi and local transport.

This hotel is a bit old and could use an upgrade. But it has much going for it. It is quite reasonably priced, has very comfortable rooms, is on a very quiet side street, and has a nice breakfast included. While the breakfast doesn't include hot food, the variety and quality are quite good. There are many, many restaurants within walking distance, as are many nice attractions.

This hotel is part of a chain and yes it has seen better days. For example it does not have a functioning dining room. The rooms are big and the bed was gigantic. Service at the front desk was superb. David took time to make us feel at home and to suggest itineraries for us.

This hotel is very central for city seeing and shopping, although very difficult to find if you are following sat nav! The bed was super king size and the softest bed ever! The receptionist was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Unfortunately the breakfast was poor and set up in not in an inviting way. Car parking was secure under the hotel but expensive , 16.50€ for an evening. Hotel bar was also closed.

Good value, nice rooms and very convenient for all major sights in Zarogova. No complaints about this hotel. Well situated, helpful staff who speak good English. Comfortable rooms although slightly noisy street but did disturb our sleep much. Would stay here again.

An OK hotel maybe; no charm, everything works. But don't take one of the ground floor rooms; the smallest I've ever seen; maybe 10 inches between bed and the curtain at foot of bed; and the curtain is only on a window to the lobby, really. No windows, nada. But seriously, no place, none, to put a suitcase, let alone two. I stood mine up vertically in the closet. No english channel on tv, but hey, that' s fine; this is not Iowa. No grab bar in a very slippery tub; nothing to help if you slip as we almost did. No roof garden; for us, just a "small closet" the size of a king size bed, filled with a queen size bed.
