Great room with comfortable bed and really nice bathroom. The hotel is well-located in the living part of town but not too far from the historical centre. The breaffast was nice too. Only (small problem) : my magnetic card kept deactivating itself and I had to godown to the reception desk to reactivate it.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this historic city. The room was comfortable and roomy. Breakfasts were tasty. The location is a short walk to the central city and to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, the main reason for our visit. But don't miss La Seo Cathedral and its tapestries!

Business trip. Was given room facing main road, traffic was so loud and in winter time, i needed to open window for natural cool air..it was really sleepless night for me. The room was also dim, difficult for ladies to put makeup and dress well. Breakfast was average.

I booked this hotel instead of Sliken Zentro which I normally book. Think this one is even slightly better. Service at check-in and the restaurant is very friendly. Perfect parking underneath the hotel. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very good.

Having stayed a this 4-star hotel several years ago, I was looking forward toward the same very good experience. Sadly, that was not to be. The public facilities are showing their age along with other deficiencies. Also, our room (515) only had one wall outlet away from where one would have been helpful (at desk or near night stands) for...

We were able to get a corner room - No. 220. It was large and the bed was comfortable. And being on the second floor, I did not mind using the stairs and did not have to wait for the elevators. The hotel was in a good location on Calle del Coso. Across was a bank where we could exchange...

We stayed here with a Globus Tour group. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Good location. Lots of nearby eateries. The breakfast buffet was ample and delicious. We were only here one night but enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here one night while touring Spain. The location was convenient. The breakfast was okay about the same as most restaurants in Spain. You could open the window to view the street and get some fresh air but it could get noisy at times. The staff was helpful s
