Stopped 2 nights. Staff welcome very good. Room clean. Parking under the hotel, entrance just past hotel, if you have hotel on your right. Good location to explore centre. A must roman ruins ( closed afternoons). Gratis for pensioners. Our 2nd visit here. Sadly room decor has deteriorated and towels a bit past it. Tiles need a regrout but hey...

Very well located, just in the centre of the city, really close to everything: restaurants, shops, commercial areas, touristics zone. Confortable rooms with one king size bed or twins. Very clean and not too noisy to be in the centre.

I visited Zaragoza one weekend in middle of March and found this hotel very centrally located in the city. I would soon regret to have ever stayed at this hotel when encountered with the receptionist who seemed genuinely bored and uninterested in service quality and did not make us feel welcome at all. Unfortunately very bad attitude throughout the check...

I found the staff excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very attractive the rooms are spacious and well furnished. Parking is easy for a city centre hotel. There is a good restaurant with the hotel in addition there is a good selection of restaurants close by.

First visit to Zaragosa, and very impressed with city and this hotel just outside the historic district and near main Plaza Espana, so walking distance to most historic sites, restaurants,Tapas Bars (not a big fan of Tapas but key area for that is also walking distance). The hotel is in an old historic building but renovated so rooms are spacious,...

Overall this was a very nice hotel with a modern style. It is located just at the edge of the city centre with a 5 minute walk to the central cathedral. The room was decent size and very clean. Only downside was the intermittent wifi. The breakfast was very good with a large selection but quite expensive.

I have been at this hotel a few times only for one night. This time I stayed for 3 nights. Staff efficient and friendly. Reception area very smart. A good start. Room was clean and serviceable. Did not like the single beds put together. Looked like a double bit was not. Prefer to spread out in a double. Breakfast was...

Hotel selected by our tour. Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was the worst of any of several hotels we stayed in thru Portugal and Spain. Terrible organization of the breakfast area resulting in lines and confusion. Noisy room. Would never choose this hotel.

This was our second hotel in the city this week. Clean comfortable rooms with all the amenities one would expect. Centrally located on one of the main thoroughfares in the city. Surprisingly quiet but we did have a rear facing room. Again ideal for those persons not intending to spend a great deal of time in the hotel. Could not...
