A beautiful looking hotel in a central location. Very clean - high standard from the housekeeping staff. Friendly staff all round. Elegant and contemporary rooms. My room was towards the back of the hotel, and while at first I liked this as I was away from the street noise.... I had to listen to the frequently ringing church bells. Character...

We arrived with 6 couples in the hotel for a stay of 3 nights. The style of the hotel is modern with respect of the old building which I like very much. Very nice rooms with comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Very friendly service at reception and during breakfast. The breakfast was good and you had everything you needed....

Stayed in the suite. Fabulous large bed, very comfy. Breakfast was lovely, lots of fruit, yoghurt, cooked food. Nespresso machine. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Would stay again. Seville is a great busy city. Fabulous food and plenty of night life.

I really liked my big room at the back of the hotel: it didn't have a proper window, only a narrow one facing the internal courtyard, but at least it was away from the main road noise. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom as well with big bath/shower, hair-drier, bidet, shaving mirror, etc. Wi-fi in the room doesn't work...

I stayed here for my brother's wedding for 5 nights and had a brilliant time. The room was large and clean with a small balcony and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They also gave us free coffees for the whole stay! Brilliant location as well. Would definitely go back.

Location of this hotel is ok but the room condition is far below the price. 95% of the room has no window and the hotel receptionist Ana said there is no air condition for this season. For the remaining 5% of rooms with window, they are facing the main street which for a 2-floor height hotel, you will hear the...

Our only negative point is no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Now all the positives - very clean room, lots of space to hang your clothes, and a spacious room too! Reception staff polite and helpful. Excellent location - within short 10 mins walk you are amongst the shops! The airport is about 20 mins away too.

Rooms were smallish, but bathrooms were very large and tiled in slate - modern feeling. No exterior windows; windows opened into halls and atria. Staff was very helpful with providing directions and making dinner reservations. Had a certificate for a welcome gift, but it never appeared.

We stayed two nights in this hotel on our short visit to the city, The rooms were really nice, the beds comfortable and the bathroom facilities very good. There is a lovely central courtyard where guests can relax. Passers by take Photos through the entrance doorway, On our last morning the heavens opened and the space was completely unusable. We...

Having selected this place after hours of searching e thought we found something with exceptional charm. We even upgraded to a superior room after having hacked the photos. Indeed it was when we arrived that we realised the the room resembled the one in the standard photos and not the superior, having pointing this out immediately there was still nothing...
