Great central location. Beautiful interior decorated with tile and fountains. Moorish layout. Our room was spacious for four with two bedrooms for family of four. We would stay here again next time we visit. Has off site parking in secure lot if you need it.

We booked the family room which was actually two bedrooms and a bathroom ~ brilliant for my two teenage daughters and myself. The excellent air conditioning in the rooms and the many shady courtyards meant that the hotel was a good place to chill out during the hottest part of the day. Other reviewers have commented on the dark rooms...

I booked this hotel on Hotels.com and held the reservation on a credit card. At checkout the final bill was paid on another credit card. When I got home, I discovered that we had not only been charged again for the same room but charged twice more so they charged us 3 times for the room. When I called them,...

A 4 stars? really? A dark room, old fashioned rather than charming , old bathroom with broken wash basin, loose hooks in the wall> There are not even tissues in the bathroom or a courtesy bottle of water. Very disappointing . Not a place I would like to stay next time. TV screen is 17 " , bedside table are...

When I booked this lovely hotel, I wasn't entirely sure was going to be a goo experience. The pictures in the website are not the best choice, let's say. When you get to the front door, after surfing in the pretty narrow streets, your impression is: oh my God! I messed it up! The look of the door and the...

We were there for 3 nights - and loved Seville. We loved the public spaces in this old villa, and the staff were lovely but the rooms were really tawdry. The junior suite we booked turned out to be a small dark sitting and kitchen downstairs and the bedroom upstairs - up a set of winding stairs where we struggled...

The building alone is worth going for with lots of little court yards and a roof terrace to see over Seville. The gents at reception were very helpful and parked our car (a secure car park 300ms from the hotel) and returned it again when we were leaving, they showed us places to visit on the map and advised on...

Large rooms, roomy patio's, friendly staff, walking distance to main sights. Breakfast a bit expensive compared to breakfast in cafe's nearby. Mattresses are hard, but we slept very well. Terrace on the roof could be nicer (would make a great place to lounge in the evening). But all in all a great place to stay. Would go back there anytime...

Booked 4 rooms for my family to celebrate my wife's birthday. Between booking.com & hotel the reservation got messed up -it happens. But the reception staff were totally un-helpful in resolving situation only interesting in maximising the billing. Would have settled for a quick apology & maybe an offer of a complementary drink, breakfast, etc when bill came to over...
