I enjoyed my stay here. Cant really give it a "very good" since the room i had was very average, although really nice bathroom and much bigger than i had experienced in the rest of Spain. But no window, and IM pretty sure the maid was hanging out in my room while she was done cleaning since i would return...

I arrived at the hotel on the 1st of Jan 2015 to find out there was no heating in the middle of winter at the hotel. When asked to cancel, the reponse was: "It's non refundable". I asked to speak to the hotel manager, I was told he would be in tomorrow and unsurprisingly he didn't turn up. Asked for...

Overall a good hotel, located about a 10-15 minute walk from the Seville Cathedral, and a 15 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas (EA) bus station . The staff was very nice and hospitable. The morning staff gave a lot of detailed information on what to visit and where everything was located, 99% in Spanish. For a flamenco performance,...

Let's start with the possitive: the location is perfect. The price is sooo reasonable. Now onto the not so positives: there's no way to be dropped off in front of the hotel due to the private court yard. So, you'll need to shlep your luggage about a 1/2 a block down. Not a huge deal but a deal after traveling...

Me and my mum stayed here in June for 4 nights. We booked through booking.com and we were greeted by a friendly man on reception who had given us an upgraded room which was very kind. He gave us information and recommendations. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a nice window overlooking the square in front. It...

The room was clean, air conditioned and the bed (not the pillow) was firm and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are clean towels and toiletries and my room was equipped with both a safe and a hairdryer (not all rooms have safes). but the huge downside was that my room did not have a window to the...

Very friendly staff, beautiful reception area, nice room. The location is very central and within walking distance (15 minutes) from Plaza de Armas, which is one of the bus stops for the airport bus. Would definitely stay here again!

We returned to this hotel twice in 2 weeks, mainly because of the kind helpful staff especially Sergio, and a great central, but not very noisy location. Seville is hard to navigate - do not rely on the tourist map! It was fun listening to all the bustling activity in the Square and we enjoyed authentic breakfast straight outside the...

Located in a quiet square in the old town, on a street which is quite difficult to find from the tourist maps and my satnav. Morning receptionist very helpful and speaks good English, whereas the afternoon/evening man, though helpful, speaks only basic English. Room was a bit cramped for 2 people with only a shower in the bathroom. F&Fs a...
