Quite a good hotel for the money. Still not something different. Average 3 star. Needs a bit of attention, maybe renovation. Very clean rooms, good breakfast. Easily accessible by bus although a bit off the city centre.

The hotel is not really 100% what You would expect from EXE hotels. It is a 3 stars, but still I guess even not so good for that. No bar service. The breakfast was good. I guess would change something for better improving the hotel structure.

The hotel is located 10 minutes by walk from the historical city centre. This makes very easy to park the car if you go by car. The hotel was fine and it had very good relation price/quality. It is not very new but everything was clean and in order.

We wanted to be near the plazas in Seville and found this place online. It is kind of hard to find on a narrow, one way street. You really wouldn't know there was a hotel there. Across the street from an elementary school and other than that it is a nondescript neighborhood, but it is within a couple-three blocks walking...

The room are loud (you frequently hear opening and closing doors, steps from the corridor, elevators etc), little (the space between the bed and the wall was very narrow) and not very clean. Another problem was that the bathroom door was made out of glass and hadn't a very efficient closure (you were able to see inside from the bed...

I am writing this to warn everyone about this hotel's unprofessionalism and deceiving refund handling. Beware! I planned to stay here with three other friends in May, so I booked a room via Booking.com in April. It was a value deal of EUR 208.46. I got charged by EUR 208.46 in April (shown in my credit card statement attached. For...

The breakfast was good even though some things seemed old, however the rooms were clean and the water seemed potable. The parking is a little bit to expensive 16.50€ per day, the location is good but a little bit too difficult to get in here and the wifi could be faster

This hotel was a little way out from the centre of Seville. It was not easy to find from the railway station. It had possibly one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. The streets are very narrow in this part of Seville, so be very careful if you are driving.

Good location, about 20 minute walk to main sites, and close to river and good bars/restaurants. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Stayed two nights and found the noise level radiating up from lobby unacceptable. Also hear water through pipes, doors slamming, children crying, chairs scraping. Shower leaks through lack of maintenance, tiles and grout old/cracked, towels thin and in need...
