The city of Granada is incredible, magical. Every corner, street, square invites you to stop and observe, read a plaque, take photographs. Its story is truly unique. Different cultures and religions coexist peacefully. The Sierra Nevada is the backdrop to all this, with its imposing peaks.
This hotel was a great choice. Central location a stone's throw from everything, quiet room on the top floor overlooking the internal patio. All the furnishings, both in the room and in the common areas, are very refined and tell the story of Granada's past. The breakfast in the internal room is varied, in other periods it is also possible to use the patio when the temperatures allow it (I went in mid-March). The staff is very helpful for any practical information, they also speak Italian at reception. Outside the hotel there are various places to eat, shops and the main attractions. Reached in about 10-15 minutes from the bus station with bus 33. Good price for the period chosen, considering the booking as a double room for single use (I had two single beds placed side by side). You could diversify the pillows, placing some that are taller and less soft, and replace the wool blankets (for the winter period) with a duvet that warms, while weighing less on the body. They are really small things because the stay was perfect. I hope to return to this city, I will choose this hotel again.

The hotel is located in the historic center of Granada at the foot of the Albaycin, 200 m. from the Cathedral and the Plaza Nueva terminus of all buses leading to the Sacromonte and the Alhambra.Despite being located in a characteristic pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants, the hotel has very quiet rooms with double windows that completely isolate from external noise.Room very large and with a kitchenette although never used, but ideal for families with children. The internal courtyard in Andalusian style is beautiful. Maximum courtesy of the female reception staff. Nearby there is a large covered car park which unfortunately in my case I found full.( note: those who use cars in Spain should know that you have to pay between 19 and 25 Euros per night to use the parking) Absolutely recommended for those going to Granada also for the prices which are not excessive

You step out of the heat and bustle of the street into an oasis of calm and coolness. The hotel is decorated in Moorish style and our room at the top was cool, clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The breakfast courtyard was lovely. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and you can easily walk or get the bus to the Alhambra.

Very beautiful and characteristic common areas with a truly wonderful patio. Friendly and professional reception staff. It's a shame that the room (junior suite) is in poor taste as well as smelly. The bathroom without any ventilation. The low quality breakfast with only industrial products for that matter it's about the sweet part. I think they could offer at least one orange juice in Andalusia considering that breakfast costs 10 euros!

Having had a pleasant stay in october 2023 in the suite we enquired about available for our next holiday , April 2024. This was never intended to be a confirmed booking and we thought no more about it until today when my credit card was charged for one night stay . Contacting them they say this was taking in accordance with their booking policy as we failed to arrive. They also say we had a confirmation sent and copied me an email that I am certain I never received. I will be discussing this with my bank. Beware if you talk to this hotel that they believe you are making a reservation and be certain to cancel if you cannot attend

Very quiet and very well located hostel. They treated us very well from day one. Upon arrival, the receptionist explained a little what to see in the city. We were able to enter the room without problem before the hour. The room was on the sixth floor and had two balconies overlooking the inner courtyard. It was very clean, the beds and pillows very large and comfortable. The shower water had very good pressure, spacious bathroom with sink for two, with hairdryer and towels to spare. The heating was fine too, it was even hot. I would definitely repeat in this hostel. Very good experience!!

Hotel located on Calle Elvira, in the heart of Granada on a street full of Moorish shops and bars. The double room is spacious, the beds are comfortable and large as are the pillows. Also spacious bathroom with two sinks and shower with good pressure and hot water. Very friendly receptionists available 24 hours a day. To add a drawback... the showers in the adjoining rooms are quite audible, to the point of being annoying if you are sleeping in the morning. We don't know what breakfast is like because we had breakfast in the bars around it, but I do know that it costs 8.5 euros and is buffet style. It has air conditioning and a very nice interior patio. Our room was on the sixth floor and had two balconies facing said patio. There is an elevator so no problem.

The hotel is very well located in the historic area of the town close to the cathedral and the streets nearby are full of traditional Tapas bars. We are relatively fit and enjoyed a lovely shaded uphill stroll to the Alhambra which took around 25 minutes although there is a bus service and taxis are available if required.
The historic nature of the hotel fits perfectly with the area and it is clean and well maintained.
We stayed in the suite at the top floor of the hotel (room 400) which we thought was excellent value for money. As well as a large bedroom and bathroom there was a smaller sitting room. However, the most striking feature of the suite was not one but two private outdoor terraces. These areas are certainly too large to simply be called balconies. One faces across rooftops to the cathedral and is accessed through a French door in the bathroom. The other is off the sitting room and forms an L shape on the roof of the hotel with magnificent views over the old town and up towards the Alhambra itself.
Sitting up there in the warm evening with a bottle of wine and some snacks while the sun set was a highlight, not only of this trip, but of all our worldwide travels!
The buffet breakfast consisted of a wide range of cold items including fruit and a selection of very tasty pastries. Even during this time when Covid is still an issue we felt comfortable eating at the well-spaced tables in the open-air courtyard.
All the staff we encountered spoke good English and were very welcoming.

We stayed for two nights for our first visit to Granada. The location is just a short walk in any direction from various points of interest.
Very near the cathedral area which is a warren of shops, restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. In another direction the Plaza Nueva from where you can walk up to Alhambra.
Staff were very friendly and called us a cab for our return to the train station.
Breakfast was enjoyable in the outdoor courtyard.
Our room had a safe and we had no problem with noise from the busy lanes around the hotel.
Overall an excellent value and the location allowed us to make the most of our time in this very enjoyable town.

This place is not how they show in pictures. Our room was very crowded with no place around beds to move. 2 of us were hurt due to the corners from the beds due to space issue. Breakfast was very so so for the price they charged. And most important, very poor with customer service even if you tell them it is very very urgent. They just don't care. I lost my wallet worth $3000 in this hotel. No help provided. Also, after coming back when I sent them 2 emails to just reply saying I had reported it to them so I can use as a proof for my insurance claim. They didn't care to respond. They take no accountability even though this happened in their hotel. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone.

Hi, we took the bus in from the airport. Tell the bus driver that you are going to the Posada del Toro. He will let you off on Torino, which is a main street. Then go right & right. Of course we got lost. But everyone is really helpful, so don’t be afraid to ask.
I recall that the safe wasn't working in the room (or I couldn't get it to work! - it required a credit card swipe) We asked the people in reception to store our passports and tickets in the safe at reception and this was no problem. They were VERY HELPFUL at this hotel and I would hesitate to recommend the Hotel or the services
There are more places to choose from in the Granada area.
