Spent 3 nights at this very comfortable charming hotel. Three out of 4 staff were helpful - from calling a cab to recommending non-touristy restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. While our room was street side on the third floor, closing the thick wooden shutters and ear plugs solved that problem. The large walk-in shower was especially welcome after so many...

Hard to find, this hotel does have nice features. Nice size rooms, friendly staff, and very nice breakfast. Free Wi-Fi too. The hotel is located near some nice restaurant and is a short walk to the shopping area. However, if you have a room on the street side, the street noise both during the day and night is very loud.

Loved the location especially since I was travelling solo and wanted to see some sights such as the Alhambra. It was close to the congress centre where I was attending a conference. Served a lovely breakfast. Close to many restaurants right outside the door (however this also makes for a bit of noise at night if you turn in early)....

What a gem. The Hotel Palacio de los Navas is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Granada. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, other hotels and several large shops. We were welcomed warmly by the reception desk and the check out was smooth. We had asked for a room with a balcony and did not get...

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location in Granada. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good. Service is good and overall the person at the front desk is nice and helpful.

We have been two nights in Palacio de Los Navas. The hotel is extremely nice and cozy, the guy at the reception was super kind and helped us by reserving a ticket to visit Alhambra. The hotel looks like an upper category accomodation. It is in the very center - the street is not that nice, super touristic.

Perfectly clean, centrical, small but with an excellent interior design. Extraordinary breakfast when compared to other hotels in Europe. Helpful, friendly, smiling and hardworking staff, special thanks to Alejandro and Inma. Love to be there.

Hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Granada. We had a superior room, which was a cool oasis after exploring Granada all day. Beds really comfortable, room spotlessly clean. Bathroom well stocked with toiletries. Breakfast was included and was typically continental, but plenty of choice. Second time we have stayed there, and this will definitely be our base when we next...

Very nice hotel, ample rooms, very clean. The hotel is located in a very busy street, full of bars, restaurants. My room wqs not noisy at all. Breakfast is included and good. Bread, coffee, fruit, ham, cheese and tortilla de patatas. The service is really good, they helped us with reservations and tours.
