You can't miss La Ninfa, its facade is crusted with ceramics! Except you can because the very good pizzeria/restaurant owned by the same couple, on the opposite side of the square, is similarly decorated. Marlena (one half of the couple) is very helpful. Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. Take earplugs to counter traffic noise and noise from...

I've stayed here three times now over the last two years, and it consistently impressed, with the proprietor, Maria, demonstrating a warm and professional attention. She runs a tight ship of very clean but always friendly and helpful service in a very authentic, rustic atmosphere. May be called a hostel but is a hotel, only the door is locked late...

We stayed two nights in May, 2015 during a very warm period in southern Spain. All our emails were dealt with promptly, we were directed to convenient parking nearby when we arrived and given help and advice on how to make the best of our brief visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, very good value, and the building was...

I stayed last weekend in Hostal La Ninfa. The rooms are comfortable, super clean and the whole building has a great original style (more authentic that any other one in Granada capital!). It is a place cozy, in a nice well known location ("Barrio de Realejos") 5 minutes walking from the crowded city center, shops and restaurants around the corner;...

I traveled to Granada and stayed at this charming hostal for 6 nights. I would have to say, it's more like a bed-and-breakfast than a hostal. It is situated right at the base of the hill that the Alhambra is located on. It was just perfect! It is run by Marlene, who speaks German, Spanish and English, and she was...

Easy to find hotel, due to unique exterior decorations, over looking a pretty square. Hostal is very clean, and the owner very welcoming and helpful. Other staff also very pleasant. We had 2 rooms, 1 double which was quite small, and 1 twin which was quite large as 2 rooms knocked into 1 (with 2 ensuite shower rooms). Ensuites are...

I picked this hostal because of the (very reasonable) price and the proximity to the Alhambra but it offered a lot more than I would have expected. It is located in a calm area approximately 15 minutes from the city center (trust me, that's not a lot - you will enjoy walking in the streets of this lovely city) in...

Top find in Granada! This hotel is run with Maria's German efficiency - spotless, everything works (from the air conditioning to the hot shower to the WiFi in the lobby). We had a lovely corner room on the top floor with nice view. Maria's local know-how enabled us to get same-day tickets to the Alhambra, despite huge crowds. Well-located, close...

Stayed here for 3 nights in May 2011, hotel was very clean, breakfast was good value @ 5 Euros per person and only cost 50 Euro's per night for the room. Excellant location for Alhambra, only 15 minutes walk away (up hill), and reasonable restaurants and bars within 5 minutes.

We were very happy with our stay last week at the Hostal La Ninfa. Our room was clean and cheap. We were in a great location, and an easy (uphill) walk to La Alhambra. The room was a little cold, as the hostal is much more reflective of what I would expect from Granada. If you need climate control, carpets...
