Dear valued customer, First and foremost, thanks for sparing some minutes of your valuable time to rate our service. It is an enormous satisfaction to know that you had a good stay with us. Regarding the size of our rooms and their bathrooms, we would like to inform you that our hotel is a nineteenth century building, located in a protected area of the city (near the Alhambra). To restore it, we had to respect areas and original dimensions and adapt our rooms and facilities to the regulations of the City Council. It is really important for us to know that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel thanks, to our privileged location in a step from Alhambra and in the heart of City Center. We are very grateful for your opinion about our Staff, which is very important to us, as they constitute one of our best assets. We would like to host you again whenever you decide to visit our beautiful city. Best regards,

My wife and I are traveling with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I notice that the available rooms only allow 2 people. Can we get an extra 2 small beds or a cot and a bed?
The rooms are quite compact, I wouldn't say there is room to put more beds in. Two adjacent rooms might be a better bet.

Is there parking available?
No parking at the hotel but you can stop outside to offload luggage. The access road has restrictions so you need to advise the hotel of your car details so that they can advise the local police. The hotel will advise details of a car park about ten minutes walk away and they will arrange a discounted rate of about 15€ per night. On reserving the hotel will send you full details and instructions by email.

Hello, Lonely Planet Shows you as having free parking for guests. Is that correct? Thanks, Steve
Dear Bloomie M We have agreed special hourly rates and parking bonuses with the following public parking lots: PARKING PUBLICO SAN AGUSTIN at 400m from the hotel. To pay at the Hotel 17 € per 24 hours. (Retail price: 25 € per 24 hours) Request indications of how to get to the hotel where you will be appropriately informed on this matter. PARKING PUBLICO TRIUNFO at 900m from the hotel. Pay at the Hotel 17 € per 24h (Retail price: 24 € per 24 hours). Ask the hotel´s staff for the indications of how to arrive to TRIUNFO parking lot, take a taxi in front of the parking and get to the Hotel. With the difference between the official price of 24 € charged by the parking lot and the 17 € that you will pay for it at the hotel you can pay the taxi. Best regards
