Very old authentic hotel. Great location to shopping, restaurants major street. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Felt truly Spanish in a historic area. Lots of attractions nearby including a wonderful Arabic spa. Loved the wood beamed ceilings in our room.
It's a very nice, small, cozy, charming and really old hotel (XVIth century building). We had a Superior room, which is still inexpensive, but absolutely amazing in terms of it's character. You would love the wooden ceiling/roof rather (techo en español). The ground floor with reception, open patio and shared area is also beautiful. Staff is very nice and helpful. Even if you can't park your car there and you can't come with a car (it won't fit into the street), that is not any problem, you would actually love the fact that it is not there. If you want to visit Alhambra, it's a walking 20 mins distance and this walk is worth making. If we are back to Granada anytime, I will not be looking for anything else than Casa del Capitel Nazari.
Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Very central location and close to a lot of activities, parking nearby at a competitive price. Room was very small but comfortable, nothing to complain about. Good breakfast!
Great ancient hotel super comfy clean rooms lovely friendly staff and breakfast that was just what you needed - interesting museum pieces and lots of areas to enjoy reading your book outside you’re in a beautiful street - very handy for zooming all over Granada and particularly Albaicin and Sacromonte
A hotel with character and super friendly, nice and helpful staff. Great location. Very nice and well kept hotel. Clean with good WiFi. The staff is amazing!!! Nice, helpful. Great price. With beautiful common areas
Great experience, Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff was very professional and helpful. This is a lovely hotel with history and magical feeling. All guests enjoyed the stay. Very central to restaurants and cafes.
We had the opportunity to stay for four nights in June 2022. Upon arrival we were greeted by a super helpful staff member who took her time to really ensure we were comfortable. We found her to be the most helpful hotel employee we had encountered on our travels, until we met Esperanza who works in the morning shift. Staff were exceptional helping us become familiar with the hotel and surroundings, and when we had to reschedule a tour due to illness. So cool to stay in a boutique hotel with such a history. Nice breakfast room as well. TIP- there is a tiny terrace with a view of the Alhambra. Great place for a late night glass of wine.
This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an ancient building in Granada. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. A great value! It is near many sites and the bus to the Alhambra. The rooms are a bit small and it was challenging to get there ( don’t use GPS; go by the directions provided by the hotel!). We enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is in a great location and a 20 min walk away from Alhambra. We took a taxi from the bus station costing 7euro. The driver indicated where the hotel was which helped as it would be difficult to find without direction being halfway up a small side street off the main drag. Once inside the hotel it was like stepping back in time with the refurbishment being in keeping with the historic 16th century building. The rooms were tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast cost 10 euros a person and was well worth it with plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, ham, eggs and savouries. The staff were polite, helpfully and professional. We really loved our stay and would recommend it for those who want to visit Granada
Very friendly staff, great location and a clean and very comfortable hotel. It doesn't have a lot of facilities but that suited us just fine and we didn't expect many facilities for the price. Great history and architecture.
