This hotel was great and and the evening staff was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and the evening staff took plenty of time explaining all of the points of interest, including some less know non-touristy areas to eat. The City of Granada is charming but all of the main attractions are at least a mile, if not further from the hotel. This means that you are either taking a taxi or an Uber to get around. It is only a slight inconvenience, the trade off is a nicer and more pleasant hotel experience. The only minor rub was the young woman (we believe her name was Miriam) working the morning desk. Because the overwhelming majority of staff was so pleasant, especially Gabriel and Esaul, encountering rudeness and arrogance as we checked out was disappointing. That aside, we would still recommend this hotel, Just avoid Miriam in the mornings.

the front office wasn't very welcoming as we walked in - though once we begun the check in process they were quite nice.
The room I had was extremely small, so they were nice enough to move us to a bigger room which was a good size for myself and my 2 sisters. Our parents also had an issue with their windows so they were moved to a more comfortable room too.
The hotel had nice aesthetics and the view from the pool side was breathtaking !!
The breakfast was good - great spread and great display. The F&B team wasn’t very warm though.
The housekeeping team also didn’t do a thorough job - there were some dishes from the night before that we had left to be collected but she simply rearranged them and left them in the room. I had to clear the stuff out and take them to her cart down the hall. Our tea mugs and bathroom amenities were not replenished and had to call the front office to send some. It was only 40 minutes later, after a second call they came up with only the necessary items.

It was my 2nd time here. When I checked in I was asked if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room. I hesitated for a second as I was surprised hotels still allowed smoking during a pandemic. Anyway I got my non smoking room. My last but one day at the pool 2 young girls started smoking next to me. I just couldn't believe it. Public Smoking is the biggest factor Covid19 is spreading so fast. Also beware many bars in the centre allow smoking (fortunately many responsible ones don't) After 21:00pm when the 16-25 year olds come out the city is dangerous as there is no social distancing or face masks worn by this age group. I was in a bar one night and the young customers on the next table were smoking and then spitting. I went back to the hotel.
Other than the manslaughter attempt by the 2 girls at the hotel it's SO SO SAFE. It felt really clean as you enter. I was allowed an early check in and late check out. They operate a reservation system at the pool and Gym to prevent overcrowding. Great idea. There is hand sanitiser everywhere and my lovely big room again felt really clean. The staff I encountered were all friendly. Some reviews say you need a taxi or Uber to the centre. Not true. It's a 15-20 minute walk - which is really easy and a pleasant walk. I love Center hotels. I stayed in the one in Cordoba before this one. Great value. Super safe. Great service.
But please it's 2020 not the 1970s. Ban smoking. It was cool in the 70s but now it's dangerous. See you next year I hope.

We have been to Granada several times and the city remains very pleasant to stay. All the historic sites have been visited earlier. This time we wanted to experience the city during the Christmas holidays, including shopping and eating out. The Andalucia Center hotel offered a welcome daily starting and return location.

Our 1st visit to Granada. Very impressed with this hotel. Everywhere was spotless. The double room was huge and the bed extremely comfortable. We took parking as it was an added offer and well worth it due to the difficulty of parking on the street in the area. Breakfast was very good and the variety extensive, staff were always helpful . What was not to like? Guess the only draw back was a 15 minute walk into the main shopping/restaurant area, but a nice walk along the nearby river pathway made it enjoyable. The rooftop pool was open although the bar was still closed. Not a huge area but great views and a hot tub. Would definitely use this hotel again.

We chose this hotel because it has on-site parking (at the basement level on the other side of the road, albeit with a very steep ramp - a challenge to exit in wet conditions), is not too complicated to reach from the motorway (avoiding city centre driving), and is about 20 mins walk from the city centre. The hotel itself is a standard, high quality business hotel - our room was clean, comfortable bed, great shower and well sized bathroom. Huge choice at the buffet breakfast, decent quality. Parking is expensive (ca 15€ per day) but standard enough for the city.

Found it easily. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and a good size and the bathroom was very roomy. The bed was enormous but, as is often the case, it was 2 large single pushed together and not one double mattress. However given the size of each that wasn’t too much of a problem. The room safe is not secured to a wall but screwed to a panel in the wardrobe. It could have easily been removed had anyone got into the room. Also there was no kettle in the room but that is not unusual these days. The hotel restaurant was good and well priced with a range of interesting dishes and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was only 10 minute stroll from the final stop of the airport bus which was great.

The staff was very kind. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. If you are arriving with a vehiche the garage is available for 18 euros per day. Next to the bus station which can take you to the city center but it is not that far to go on foot either.

Very good quality hotel slightly outside the old town of Granada. The walk to the city center takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
The hotel has two garages ( price per night in March 2024: Euro 18).
The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped.
Tip to the management: An improvement would be a small water heater in the room.
All by all: we enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff ! Thanks!

Over all the hotel was very good, the staff excellent and very helpful. The only problem was the opening times of the pool bar, did not open until 8.30 PM and all food ceased to be served after 3.00 PM not available again until 8.30 PM. Maybe this was because of covid? The breakfast was excellent. The heat outside was extreme but the inside temperature was kept at a very good level.
