Right off a main plaza, close to restaurants, shopping, and taxis, Hotel Casa 1800 Granada (and Sevilla too) is a beautifully restored building in old Granada. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views. Honestly, I would not want to stay anywhere else. Breakfast was adequate and tea time is long and relaxing. Pastries at tea time are delicious. Enjoy your...

Lovely hotel, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Staff was superlative, very helpful. The courtyard is beautiful where a gratis and generous afternoon tea is served as well as breakfast. Being in the heart of the Albaicin, it makes is difficult to get to, but that is its charm as well. One must park quite a distance away, then take a...

I would echo all the positive comments reflected in the reviews below. This is a lovely hotel, intimate and in the classic Andalusian style with an open courtyard for reading & afternoon tea. It was chilly when we were there & they thankfully supplied gas heaters. The staff were exceedingly friendly and pointed us toward a number of restaurants and...

Lovely hotel, great staff, afternoon tea, wonderful breakfast, interior court in which to rest after a day of walking the old streets or visiting the Alhambra. My girlfriend and I had a perfectly wonderful experience. We are now 68 and not decrepid but the staff could not have been nicer in helping with our luggage, giving us directions, etc. Elevator...

Casa 1800 Hotel was lovely. The staff, especially Jose, but all the staff were so incredibly helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Rooms and common spaces were beautifully appointed and very clean. The location was so central to everything but very quiet. Comfortable beds and great amenities! Afternoon tea was delicious. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Hotel Casa 1800 is located in the UNESCO World Heritage area – as such, traffic are limited, and the hotel is located along a narrow street. Even the taxis will drop you off about 120m away from the hotel at Pisas street where you have to go uphill about 50m, turn right and walk further 70 to 80m to reach...

We had a wonderful stay at Casa 1800. The staff were exceptional, the ambiance was delightful and the breakfast was excellent. It is a really nice idea to leave tea, juice and cakes out in the late afternoon and the indoor courtyard was a delight. Thanks to everyone.

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From being set in a beautiful building, to their complimentary afternoon tea, and comfy beds, the hotel exceeded our expectations of a three-star hotel in terms of the facilities provided. The purpose of our visit was for sightseeing so the location was perfect as we love to walk everywhere, restaurants, cafes, and...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel Casa 1800 Granada is a charming hotel located in a fully restored XVII century historical building, the building is known as Casa de los Migueletes and served as the headquarters of the militia at the time. The hotel is decorated with chandeliers, frescos, cupolas and luxurious furnishings, always in keeping with the noble wood of the building whilst highlighting the Classicist and Mudejar elements of the original house. The rooms are elegant and cozy, some enjoy views of the Alhambra, inner courtyards, coffered ceilings and offer all kinds of amenities. The House is organised around a central courtyard where each morning breakfast is served and in the afternoon tea is offered to the hotel guests, who are treated to a family atmosphere and making the stay special and unforgettable.
