I don’t know if I was staying at the same hotel everyone else did, but I found this place a bit unsettling and creepy. I think due to the oldness, but also due to the fact that my room had a spiral staircase with a loft in it and an extra bed. I’m sure this would be wonderful for a family, especially with a one with a teenager, but for me as a solo traveler, it wasn’t necessary and just really creeped me out at night. They gave me a room with a window overlooking the common courtyard - so that people passing in the hall can see directly into my room. The receptionist (blonde lady with a bob) is not very friendly. You also have to lug your baggage up several stairs to get to the hotel, then later to get to your room. No one offered to help me even though I am a young woman by myself.…
What a great hotel. Right in the heart of Granada in the Albayzin area and with a view from our bedroom of the Alhambra that is second to none. The staff were all excellent and were very helpful too. Breakfast, for us, was an extra €10 each but it was well worth it. If we return to Granada I would have no hesitation in staying here again.
One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The location is stunning right in the heart of the beautiful historic Albaicin district of the city, so really well placed to discover the many treasures both that and Sacromonte have to offer + the amazing Alhambra looks down over the hotel from its lofty peak (and itself is about 30 minutes strenuous walk away). The staff were universally pleasant: 3 different people on reception during our stay and all were enthusiastic and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. Breakfast itself was a delight: great choice and hosted in a lovely setting. The hotel itself has stayed really true to its roots with plenty of original features and sympathetic updates where necessary - it really is like stepping back in time. Per the title, absolutely faultless - highly recommended. …
The experience in Granada was wonderful and palacio of Santa Inés was a great place to stay. The place is close to many restaurants and historical sites. The room was clean ample and bed was comfortable. We love to walk so going up the steps to the palace was an easy walk. Would definitely stay there again.
Palacio De Santa Ines has a great location in the historic Albayzín district. We could walk from there to all Granada’s major attractions. The hotel is picturesque—it is in a 16th century building that has been expertly restored. The rooms are clean and comfortable with modern bedrooms and spacious showers. The breakfast buffet, served in a beautiful room, was excellent and offered many hot and cold options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of good information about how to get around Granada.
Beautiful hotel. Typical old Spanish style. The view of the alhambra palace from our room number 35 was breathtaking and something we will never forget . A special mention must go to Aaron on reception who was an asset to the hotel with his friendly manner. Thank you for an unforgettable stay ❤️
This beautiful small hotel in a 16th Century building reminded us of the lovely Moroccan riads we've stayed in. The location is ideal, the rooms very comfortable, and the service outstanding. The excellent breakfasts are superb value.
The Hotel Palacio de Santa Ines was in a great central location for Granada. Our check in was seamless and the gal at the front desk was amazing by providing helpful information throughout our stay. The room is well appointed with a sitting area, large bathroom and mini fridge, the ac was very cold too! Breakfast was very reasonable but had a wide variety of options, a great value! Only downside was there was just one channel in English and it wasn't news.
Loved this hotel. We traveled in august for our anniversary and we had the best stay and we are going to come back for sure. The staff all of them were very nice, especially Melina, a very nice person and very attentive. When we had some issues, we just discussed them and they were immediately fixed. The hotel is very centric and close to the Alhambra, it is a bit far from the entrance of Alhambra about 15 min walk max. There are very nice small restaurants around, and the hotel staff gave us very nice recommendations and we were really happy. Thank you, we will be soon back.
We stayed for three nights at Palacio de Santa Ines. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and breakfast excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. and the Wi-Fi great. It’s not quite as polished as it looks on the website but it is a very old, quirky building.
