The 16th-century Palacio De Santa Ines, in the Unesco World Heritage Albayzín district, is a 5 minute walk from Granada Cathedral. Crossing the small hall at the entrance, visitors will be fascinated by the courtyard beauty because of its fountain, columns, balustrades and in particular, of Renaissance frescos painted.

Step back into time in this quaint and lovely hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, modern renovated bathroom and view of Alhambra from our Juliet balcony. Quiet and clean with wonderful staff. Breakfast was wonderful as well . Close to all sites but will need a cab to bus station . Inexpensive and great value .

Hotel's Favourite
What a great hotel. Right in the heart of Granada in the Albayzin area and with a view from our bedroom of the Alhambra that is second to none. The staff were all excellent and were very helpful too. Breakfast, for us, was an extra €10 each but it was well worth it. If we return to Granada I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Great little hotel along a cobbled street along the river on the road down from the Alhambra. We had a room with an amazing view of the Alhambra. Our part of the hotel had a lift but I believe that there are rooms which are only accessible by stairs so worth checking if this is important. Also worth mentioning is that the hotel entrance is up several cobbled steps from the road. Staff at reception were friendly and check in was an easy process. Breakfast is available and although a smallish choice it was good value. Taxis can go down the small road nearest to the hotel but it's also very heavily full of pedestrians at busy times of the day so getting out at the square and walking down may be a better option. Not too far to walk to restaurants and bars and would stay again. I believe there is parking nearby but we didn't have a car so this wasn't necessary.

This hotel Is well situated between the main Granada attractions and night life. The breakfast is well stocked, abundant and of good quality. The staff is friendly and helped us get out very early on the day of departure by arranging a taxi and giving us a bagged breakfast for a long journey home.

This lovely old 16th century hotel in the Albayacin is full of character and in a great location only a short walk to the amazing Alhambra Palace. Only a few rooms have views of the Alhambra and some of the rooms are facing the inner courtyard so a bit dark. When we requested that our rooms be changed as they were too dark, the friendly staff couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to change them straightaway. The rooms were clean & spacious with comfy beds & stairs to a small mezzanine with sofa & TV to relax in. The breakfast was beautifully laid out with a good choice of continental style breakfast. A great place to stay when visiting Granada!

This is a charming, small hotel in the heart of the Albaicin area. It’s at the foot of the hill where the Alhambra is located. Although a steep trek, we walked up to the Alhambra from this hotel. There are many restaurants within walking distance and it is a short walk to a main square. The staff here were very kind and helpful. They handled arranging me a taxi to take me to the airport. Special mention of Belen, who was very kind and helpful!

Had a really fantastic stay at this gorgeous hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything which is great about Granada. From my window I could see the stunning Alhambra. The hotel itself was very chic and the staff made my family and I, visiting from Scotland for the first time, feel super welcome. I would recommend having breakfast here before heading out sightseeing, great variety and tasted really fresh. Overall, fantastic hotel, fantastic city... We will be back!

Tripadvisor let us down with this one. It's billed as a "boutique" hotel. It is really just old and faded. It's like an American style bed and breakfast if the B&B was in a 500 year old building and poorly remade. No elevator. Our room was on the third floor and had an additional floor staircase past our door. No ability to alter the heat at all in the room. It came on at 6:30 and stayed on all night. Cold during the day and hot at night. Room furnishings were very dated and not very clean. The bed sounded like it was breaking every time we got in. The bathroom was incredibly poorly designed. Long narrow room. Two toilets on opposite sides of the room. The bath was at one end. You had to actually get in the bath and walk down it to reach the faucet to turn it or the shower on. Breakfast was the worst we had in a week in Spain. I don't think they made anything there and the croissants and other bread were pretty clearly reused from prior days. I think most of the guests are there on bus tours. Billed as right next to the Alhambra. Actually, it's at least a 15-20 minute walk up a very steep hill to the closest entrance. Another 10-15 minutes to the main entrance.

We just loved our stay at Hotel Palacio Santa Ines. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the historical center and close to everything we wanted to see, the Albaycin, Sacromonte, the city center and of course the Alhambra. The room was very nice and clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The lobbey is amazing with its moorish architecture. We were amazed that our room had a view of the Alhambra, we didn’t expect that. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with restaurant suggestions and other questions we had. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and considering the value for money, we will definitely go back! Thanks!
