The service was very kind an helpful, breakfast and coffe/tea-time offers rich and very tasty - both committed to regional and international taste! Meetingpoints outside of your own room are...

Essentially to see the Alhambra but we had an extremely pleasant stay at this hotel and we're blessed, in the main, with great weather. Hotel staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

This is a lovely little hotel in a brilliant location, especially for the Alhambra. The staff were very friendly & helpful & the breakfast was pretty good with lots of fresh produce. The room was fine with all amenities in good working order. It could maybe do with a little spruce up & refresh, but it's purely cosmetic. My only...

Well situated for the Alhambra and the town centre. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Room was quirky but spacious and comfortable, we even had a little internal balcony. Reasonable breakfast, usual things. Could just about see the Alhambra from our room.

This hotel is well located in a quiet side street just below the Alhambra, with lots of restuarants etc within easy walking distance. It's very peaceful and comfortable, and the staff are extremely helpful. The furnishings are traditional, in keeping with the building itself. Our bed was very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend the Palacio de Santa Ines.
