We have been to this hotel many times and are always impressed with the central location, the excellent cafeteria, the reasonable prices, comfortable rooms and, most of all, the continuing courtesy and friendliness of the staff.

I returned to the Reina Cristina for my third visit of 4 nights and remain a huge fan of the hotel. The reception staff, especially Mari Luz, greet me warmly and my room in the newer section meets all my standards for cleanliness, bed and shower. The location for viewing processions is excellent, for they pass a block away going...

We have just returned from a 5 day stay at the hotel Reina Cristina, the check in was quick and we had a lovely room 209 on the second floor. The room was of a good size with 2 single beds which were very comfortable there was a balcony flat screen TV and coffee making facilities although there was only enough...

A short 15 to 20 min enjoyable walk from the train station and central to the main areas of Granada. Hotel is old so don't expect a modern 4 or 5 star hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and very enthusiastic! The hotel is clean with smallish rooms with free Wfi, the tv is around 2 times the size of...

This hotel has the feel of a place that was once great, but almost belongs to another era. The service from the waiting staff was fautless. Rooms are clean, high ceilings, and quiet ( but we were visiting off season). Hairdyer , which looked vintage, didn't work. Great central location, very easy walking distance to Cathedral. The cafe/ bar which...

We stayed at the Reina Cristina as part of a two-city visit to Southern Spain (this was our second stop). The staff were friendly here, and I hate to fault them, but the facilities are simply not up to snuff. At no point were we able to get hot water in our shower. Upon our arrival we found that our...

Clean, modest rooms in a fabulous location just meters away from the Cathedral. The amenities e.g. air conditioning/bathroom/hair dryers etc were all a little old and worn but still functioning. Excellent service from reception staff. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed but I'd get the impression that during busy periods the noise from the tiled floors in the...

The location of this hotel is awesome. Very close to many restaurants, shopping and public transit. The room was very large which is not so common in Europe. The free breakfast was surprisingly good and I'm glad we started our day off with it.

Visited March 2015. Room was good, wifi, decent shower. I stayed half board which was good value. Algerciras town looks to be suffering economically but Reina Cristina is a haven. I arrived from the Ceuta ferry, the hotel is a shortish walk up from the port. I intend to stay again.

This hotel has a very good location and all main attractions -or busses to them- are easily accessible. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly making real efforts to communicate in English. Somewhat poor breakfast, but OK in general. Good WiFi.

Thank Andreas G
