Great location and staff. Rooms could use substantial upgrade. Very old living quarters and bathroom. Not great amenities either. Parking not accessible. There is parking garage 10 min walk away from hotel

Handy location, near town, and the reception area is beautiful, with a fountain. Rooms are quite shabby and I had to ask to move room as the first one I stayed in overlooked the street and was noisy at night, even though it was on the 3rd floor. Staff are quite helpful but the rooms could do with a refurb. Good price but I'd rather have paid more and stayed somewhere nicer.

Great location for a Granada visit. An atmospheric hotel with very good staff who were helpful and pleasant.A little dated but as comfortable as you would expect from a 3 Star establishment. Would stay again.

The hotel rooms are reasonably comfortable with good beds. However, the safety deposit box could not be closed and the hotel could di nothing apart from offering an envelope in the front desk safe There was no fridge or minibar although these were advertised as being in every room. Tge bathroom was well equipped apart from the lack of an extractor fan and loo brush. The 'nearby parking' is several streets away and a nedium walk from the hotel. Driving in the local streets is nightmarish - TomTom led us in circles. Get the hotel to mark the route out.

Positive: The room in new ala was wide and very clean. The beakfast at buffer was satisfying. It s located in the old town and you can just walk to have possibility to eat everything you wont. Negative: In the bathroom there were only three flacons of gel for shower - no bar of soap - no toilet brush . The matress was hard ; they haven't power supply daptor for customer to borrow.. The wall are thin and you can listen your neighboards doing sex.

We loved our stay here. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. Mostly we were deeply impressed with the family atmosphere and care. I got sick while I was in Granada and the staff went above and beyond for me. I am grateful to Jose Luis who was incredibly empathetic and caring. Then Laura took extra time and care to get us to the airport knowing how I was feeling. I was very impressed with the support and real service provided.

This hotel is perfect for a 2 night stay. Centrally located and clean rooms though a bit dated. The staff were extremely efficient and a reasonably priced hotel. There is parking available for a small fee if you are driving to Granada.

The hotel is well located, just 5 min away from the cathédral, and 7min from the bus to the Alhambra. The hotel is a quite old fashion and worn. But the AC worked well and we didn’t spend much time indoors. I would recommend for the location even if it can get tricky to park in the streets around as there is not much space available apart from going to the nearby parking for 18€ a day.

The hotel was a beautiful old mansion and the public areas and restaurants were lovely and dressed for Christmas. Breakfast was okay but in a basement room with no decoration, more like a conference room. The location was very good with easy access to all parts of the old city. The staff were professional. Enjoyed our stay in Granada. There was no bar in the hotel but adjacent was a cafe bar Lorca (the poet) which was part of the hotel building was good and had friendly staff and good tapas. On arrival we went to our rooms (2 doubles) and they were dark and had 3 beds in a small room. Having booked in July for Christmas I expected a better room, I went to reception and our rooms were changed to larger better rooms. Parking is difficult, very steep entrance and not easy access. You must request your parking at reception, you can park your car for 15 minutes in the road next to the hotel, so can unload luggage; you then you are accompanied by a member of staff to the under ground parking. Stayed in: Double or Twin Room

This is an old hotel very conveniently located in centre of Granada. The cathedral is very close and there are many shops, bars and restaurants close to the hotel. The lobby, is very attractive with a small fountain and nice tiles The single room was very small but it was ok for me as i spent so much time outside exploring Granada. However, it was clean and i slept well. Breakfast was in a basement room. The choice of food was adequate although i found the room a bit gloomy as it had no windows. If you are looking for a mid range hotel with character then this hotel is a good choice.
