The staff in this hotel, mainly ladies, are simply fantastic. Extremely helpful and service oriented. The parking is a very funky thing, you actually drive into an elevator which takes you down upon arrival and up again upon departure. Parking cannot be reserved up front, so it works on a first come base. Extremely useful as parking is an issue in Granada's center. The whole hotel seems to have been built while respecting the older construction and the materials used all seem of very high quality. We loved the whole feel. The bed was a queen which felt a little small, especially the length seemed rather short.. and so it was just ok. The breakfasbuffet was varied, all very fresh, but without an egg station although scrambled eggs + bacon where available at the buffet. Ottimo albergo in pieno centro. Camere molto confortevoli, curate e pulitissime. Personale molto cordiale e professionale. Colazione abbondante a buffet e ricca di scelte. Graditissima la possibilità del parcheggio auto. Sicuramente da scegliere.

El ACCESO en coche no es lo más sencillo del mundo, pero tampoco es un gran impedimento. Por su ubicación las calles llenas de peatones por todos lados y con PARKING subterráneo con ASCENSOR (primera vez, y sin complicaciones, más allá del atasco para salir). Estancia agradable en HABITACIÓN con vistas a la CATEDRAL (Puerta del Perdón), con CAMA EXTRA GRANDE, completo BAÑO (bidé, ducha, y bañera incluidos). PERSONAL amable, dispuesto y profesional. Nos alojamos en agosto, en una habitación con vistas a la catedral y la habitación fue fabulosa. es cierto que tardaron bastante en darnos la habitación pero mereció la pena. El desayuno fue fantastico, y al ir con un bebé nos dejaron una trona y cuna sin coste adicional. Parking dentro del hotel que en una ciudad como GRanada se agradece. Las medidas covid son de 10 Volveremos!

Ubicación maravillosa. Un hotel nuevo , lo cual para mí es perfecto. Aunque la calle es muy ruidosa, las ventanas cierran y aíslan perfectamente, convirtiendo la noche en silencio total. Tiene un patio abierto y moderno que mantiene una temperatura perfecta a pesar del calor exterior El personal muy profesional y atento. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas

The hotel is just across the Granada Cathedral. It is modern, clean and takes good detail care to avoid COVID. The staff is friendly and helpful. Public Transportation to Alhambra is 5 minutes walking from the hotel.
