Lovely 4* hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and is in a good position to see all the old parts of Granada plus the Alhambra Palace. Good bus service if you don't want to walk. Great breakfast with everything you could wish to eat.

The hotel is situated in central Granada city well within walking distance of the Cathedral de Granada and the many plazas that surround it . All the plazas have plenty of street cafes and bars and all beers wines served with tapas. Also within this area you will find lots of bazzars situated along the narrow back streets. The city...

The staff were pleasant and helpful on reception and our room was lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast had a huge variety and was good quality. It was well located we felt - approx 20mins walk to the centre. Only drawback was that the room was too warm for us and the aircon didn't seem to make any difference -...

Also, the elevators were adjacent and quite noisy. The room needs more power outlets. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the station, and 15 minutes walk from the main downtown plazas...

We stayed here as part of a group tour in August, so the temperatures were very warm. At the end of a day I wanted nothing more than to come back and cool off in a cool room - unfortunately our A/C pumped out warm air. We managed to get the window open and the room finally cooled down about...

Stayed at the hotel in a Single Room. This is the first time on my trip that a single has had a single bed. My colleague also had a single, but his included a double bed. The rooms are comfortable but tired. Wifi works in the room which is a plus. My room opened on to a central vestibule and...
