Comfortable beds although they could put a top sheet because there is a duvet and in August even if you have the air conditioning it is annoying. The room we had was narrow and since we also had the baby's travel crib we couldn't access the closet easily, we had to move the crib around and it was uncomfortable. The bathroom lights are on a timer and do not have a motion detector. The heated pool had the roof open and the water frozen, we who went with a 2-year-old child couldn't get in. Everything else was fine and the breakfast was great. In general quality-price I would give an average rating

This hotels ticks all the boxes, the hotel felt very new as thought it had been refurbished. The rooms were a generous size, the facilities are great, staff are very helpful, the hotel has a great variety of food including halal options. I loved the fact breakfast was untill 11am, which was great for the older kids who woke up a little late. I also lived the fact the pool was open till 10pm, after a long dat out, this meant we could have some relaxation time. The location is good, away from the hustle and bustle, the main hot spots such as Plaza Nueva is a 5 minutes taxi ride, 20 min walk or if you prefer public transport you can take a bus, the bus stop is a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a shopping mall accross the road, plenty of resturants near by including halal too! The staff were friendly and helpful.

I give 4 stars for the breakfast (poor for the category of the hotel) and the free buffet for lunch and dinner, for the price paid per person, €18, it leaves a lot to be desired (the food, with a few exceptions, is from a jar or similar, also limited variety), we were disappointed. The staff are charming and very helpful (special mention to the lifeguards at the outdoor pool and the guy at the snack bar - you can tell he likes his job and is also very efficient). The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, it is convenient to change the mattresses, the use is already noticeable. The bathrooms also need renovation, they look old. But in general the stay was very good and the hotel was wonderful.

Do not stay here if you want or need any of the following: reliable ac; reliable wifi connection; a staff at reception that answers calls in the event of an emergency. I had to make 5 trips down to reception to try to get ac. 3 times they reset the system by computer. Once they sent a technician who "fixed" it. Nothing. They offered me a room on the 2nd floor directly above the very noisy bar. Even with the door closed the noise was substantial. A 3rd room : no ac. I finally asked for a fan for my original room. They have none. This started at around 6 pm. I gave up at 10. Room was nice. Water was hot. But buyer beware. Reading other reviews: the ac is a continuing problem.

Very good Hotel for stay in Granada. High level of facilities. Ideal to relax in swimming pools (indoor and outdoor). Large parking and wide spaces, good price (stays of more than 3 days at 15.95€/day ) With a 20 minute walk you are in the Center . Very good service in Cafeteria and Catering. Highly recommended. I was only accommodation and very good price

Disappoint yourself. They deceive. On their website they clearly announce that they offer the best price guaranteed. I called them to warn them that I had found a lower price with Expedia and they told me that they are 60 euros more and that they do not match the offer or offer me anything, nor do they take me into account. Therefore, I booked with Expedia and filed a complaint upon arrival for false advertising. It was a coincidence that they gave us the smallest room on the entire floor. A fourth to pass. We had to move the sofa to open the mini bar (which didn't work). Dampness in the bathroom and broken furniture, which has nothing to do with the photos. Playroom with broken toys, cold, and with two instructors sitting and talking about their boyfriends. Breakfast of low quality and little variety. We will not return.

Third floor room module B full of dust, when we went to the room at night, my husband had to sleep even with a mask. Behind the bedside tables you could see they weren't moving from days or weeks ago. We did not complain at night because the fish slept, however we informed the reception of the discontent.

Good experience in this hotel in Granada. It is not in the center, but you can walk there quietly and without needing to take any transport (about 20 minutes). The treatment by the staff was excellent, it has a cafeteria where you can have a snack. The hotel is clean and the facilities are modern. The room was large with comfortable beds and a large bathroom with a bidet. It has several large-capacity dining rooms and the “buffet” food is extensive in quality products.

I'm sorry but I would never return to this hotel again, the rooms are good, the breakfast buffet varied, the personal treatment is good and the location is good, but the problem was when upon arrival we entered the room well and after a while we left and at the same time Leaving the room I checked that the room was closed and my surprise was that the door was left open. Maintenance came to fix it and told me that this lock usually fails but in theory I left it fine. When we arrived in the afternoon the door opened fine. The big scare was when at 1 in the morning someone came into the room with us inside. Imagine the great scare of my 12-year-old daughter and my wife when they saw a person enter who, upon seeing us inside, left quickly. They came to bee. that had happened and they found that the lock was failing and the door to room C427 was left open, the receptionist was great but at 1.30 in the morning they changed our room but my daughter and my wife were not comfortable in the room and they wanted to go home, this is why I will never return to this hotel since it does not give me security. I'm really sorry

The hotel is Situated right next to the motorway, but you cannot hear the traffic inside. The reception staff were very welcoming on arrival, spoke excellent English to against my poorish Spanish, and offered a deal on parking rates in the underground garage. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and maintenance is right up to date. There was some repainting work ongoing, but it was unobtrusive. Breakfast is good, with everything you might want from hot plates to cakes, cheese and meats, and cereals (except Muesli or Granola) and toast. Rooms are a good size, the beds are very comfortable, and the showers are hot and powerful. Views from the rooms vary according to which face you are on. Wifi is free and fast.
